The drive thru was very busy so I went inside to order thinking it would be faster, that was a mistake. It took nearly 45 minutes to get my food. It was about 7:30 on a Tuesday so it shouldn't have taken that long. One of the workers gave me an individual apple pie for waiting so long. There were only 3 people in the dining area. The food was fair the price was average but the frozen strawberry lemonade was very good. The wait was too long.
I only go to this Popeyes when I am prepared to be disappointed in advance. I've never been through the drive thru and recieved all of my order, which is mostly my fault because I keep crawling back every time knowing that this is simply just how it must be. I thoroughly believe that this Popeyes is here to punish me for my sins and when the time is right they will make me forfeit my soul for a 2 hour old spicy four piece and a missing fry.
Orderd 40 dollars worth of food by mobile only to be told upon arrival they were out of an item, refused to offer any kind of alternative and refused when asked to refund order.Manager was rude and refused to give any kind of contact information above her level.Usually love Popeye's food bit won't be back to this location.The solution would have cost the store less than 2 dollar
Put our $40 order in online at 9:30pm. Paid for it. Received confirmation and a message to pick up BY 11PM. Arrived and sat in line for 30 minutes. An employee comes out and says "Y'all ain't ordering, we closed." (It's 10:20pm at this point)We tried explaining it was already paid for and confirmed as being ready. We get told to pull around to the window only for the "manager" (I use that term ironically) to say "Well I already threw all the food away. So the problem isn't on us. We're closed. You can call customer service." They then said they didn't have the number and couldn't do anything to help with a refund and shut the window.So if you want to waste your Friday evening waiting on some of the slowest service in the history of America, only to be told your food was thrown away, go here! You'll be happy. Meanwhile, I'm at the Slim Chickens down the street waiting for half the amount of time for twice the quality. No more Poopeyes for us.If I could give no stars, I would. Don't eat here.
If I could give this place below a zero I would. Not only did I sit in line for OVER 10 but again had to wait for over 10 minutes to get my food. And then some of it was missing. Then they wanted a receipt and me to give them the food because yeah; I love waisting a beautiful day trying to get free food from Popeyes. And then when they bring it, I STILL didn't have everything I paid for. I just drove off. How incompetent can you really be. Guy behind me had to give his food back. Shut down and start over because this was ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!
What happen to pleasant greetings and grey customer service???? People forget what that is. No gravy on my potatoes, food wasn't hot, red beans and rice was alllllll rice mostly and chicken taste bland. I usually don't mind paying a little extra bfor Popeyes but this time I regret spending my money at this location????
The worst ever drivethru. In 25 minutes they served only 1 car while there were at least 10 other cars waiting. 5 of those cars left and when reached to the window they said they are closed due to weather. Like people were waiting there for more than 40 minutes and they couldn’t just come out and say we are closed
It feels like the quality has been gradually decreased over time! We liked the place very much years ago, but with the recent experience of taste and the quality of the chickens, not so much!
Staff unprofessional, I was being given my box of 11 piece chicken in my hand and mocked when I asked for a bag. As if that is not enough, this is my third visit and getting incorrect order when I made sure to specify what I wanted. Not going back, this is worst Popeyes location I have been.
The food was good, always is but I ordered a 3 tender meal with mashed potatoes and even after they repeated it to me TWICE and it even says mashed potatoes on my receipt and yet they gave me fries. I would understand more if the receipt was wrong or no one repeated it but both was right.
