This Pizza Hut is the pillar of light that all Pizza Huts aspire to be. The absolute finest and best food and service. If you are buying Pizza from anywhere else in Fayetteville AR, you have already messed up.
Food always arrives swiftly, pipping hot and tastes great. Our local Hut has always been a pleasure to deal with...their delivery people are always prompt, friendly and very polite!
You're better off heading down to Wal mart or the gas station for pizza that may not be as tasty, but cheaper, hot, and arrives on time, and you don't have to deal with radio silence.
placed an online order using a coupon ive used before. I called this location to confirm the amount of cinnamon sticks i’m getting since last time it was wrong(said i get 10 only got 5). I get things happen no biggie. the man first starts telling the people cooking i want to replace part of my order for more sticks. I said “no i was calling to confirm i’m going to get 10 not replace them.” the man kept arguing with me saying that it comes with 5, when i was trying to explain to him i used a coupon that tells me 10. i then hear someone else in the location scream “tell him to make up his d*** mind.” first of all i’m a woman, and second that was incredibly disrespectful considering THE WEBSITE says i get 10. Is that seriously a considerate way to talk to a paying customer who was just trying to ask a question? will definitely stick with Dominos or Papa Johns!
The staff here that I interacted with were so sweet and absolutely amazing. They went out of their way to fix a small problem but they were the best people I've interacted with since I've moved down here.
Ordered wing with our delivery and did not receive them. I called the store and told them the remade them it took 45min. to get them
For the price I paid of over $20 I expect to have a good amount of toppings. I asked for extra pepperoni and there clearly was no extra. The rest of the toppings looked like they were put on with one hand half full. Very disappointing pizza especially from this store that normally is on point.
Make sure the order delivered is correct, hot ,and fresh. My pizza order was wrong. One of the pizzas had a food allergen for me on it. All 2 pizzas were cold and hard. It was like trying to eat cardboard. When I pay $55 for 3 pizzas, I expect them to be as I ordered, fresh, and hot.
I have always and always will, love Pizza Hut. You cannot beat Pan Crust.
