Always great service and delicious food keeps us coming back to the South School location for decades.
I’ve never had a problem with this Pizza Hut until tonight. I called to make sure everything was okay with my delivery order, because it had been awhile since it said out for delivery. The first guy I talked to was very nice about trying to figure out the problem, he told me that it said my order was already delivered. He then got a manager on the phone, I began to explain the problem and he interrupted me and began telling me that they’re busy and so on and that the delivery time isn’t correct. I told him I understand that but the previous guy just told me it was delivered. He got very rude with his response, and when I responded with thank you that’s all I needed to know he said “uhuh” and slammed the phone down. There was no need to be rude, I never asked to speak to a manager, learn customer service.
They were so busy tonight. They were steadily working, but I noticed a few times they said something didnt get put in the oven and someone got left on hold 20 minutes. I have not been to this location in a while. I feel like maybe they are understaffed.
Good pizza. Good service. Have had some mix ups, but they always made it right.
Was good. Last two times pizza had “bald spots” with no cheese and they forgot to include requested condiments. Particularly disappointed with the pizza I received 6:15pm on 5/12 10 minutes ago. Wasn’t even busy this time…
You guys have us the wrong order on the wings and charged us for double bread sticks. But other than that. Just check your order and open the boxes before you leave
I placed an order today for pizza and cheese sticks at about 11:15. I do contactless for any food I order and always request to have it left at my door. After waiting around and noticing I haven't received anything yet I call to ask about my delivery which had apparently already been made with effort to contact me VIA phone call which I had unfortunately missed because I am unable to get to my phone at times. They re made my order and delivered it to me a second tomr ensuring I received it. The likelihood somebody picked it up from my door the first time very quickly is very high. I'm sure it was frustrating for them as well as myself but I appreciate pizza hut and the effort. My apologies to them for the trouble and a huge thank you.
My pizzas were great and the employees were super nice and very helpful. The only thing that would make it better is if we could dine in.
Came in a few weeks ago for a pickup and waited about 10 minutes for anyone to greet me. In the meantime I watched someone make my pizza with no gloves and a quite disgusting environment. Please wear gloves it really turned me off the whole experience and I won’t be back
This place always gets your order right and on time. This one in particular was exceptional quality with lots of toppings.
