The food was so terrible lean cuisines literally makes better pasta. Almost the same exact flavor, but somehow this place still came in second to frozen TV dinner. The service was definitely not great.. but I’d hate my job too so that more understandable. The chicken that’s supposed to be grilled is definitely broiled, grey tinted and looks like it came straight out of a Marie calendars frozen pot pie. Let me save you a complete waste of your money and time. DO NOT EAT HERE if you have any sort of a flavour palate.

Pretty good food and a nice atmosphere. Very surprised they didn't have a couple simple Italian wines and they rarely came to the table to check if we needed anything. But they did make the food the way it was ordered.

We have been going to Noodles for over 18 years. Tonight’s outing was very disappointing. Slowly over the last five years they have been declining in both variety and quality dining. They were out of the steak, which I’m sure happens from time to time but the other selections seemed run of the mill and not very enticing. Same old stuff. They just were not appealing. Their fare has not changed in a very long time. Variety would be nice with new items and variations from the same old thing. It seems if you were In business, as long as they have been and with the variety of really good places to eat in Fayetteville, such as Mermaids and Atlas, that you would as management want to step up your game and at least keep the dedicated customers that you took years to build. Competition can be exciting and make you keep up with what is enticing and invigorating. It was a Thursday evening, not a Monday after a busy weekend. I ordered an Old Fashion which was very sour. My wife tried it and thought something was wrong with the drink as well. I ate my usual small Caesar salad which was good but I felt the experience was lacking. The service was good and the bartender did a great job with checking on us. My wife’s margarita pizza seemed ok, but my wife only ate two pieces of it. It seems that Noodles has lost their way and are ok with fading off in the distance with the other mediocre restaurants that are now out of existence. I don’t consider them to be a go to place anymore. Maybe they are satisfied with the being the place to put up with when other places are too busy.

We went here for lunch and was told by the hostess that we would have to be seated in the bar area. When asked why he stated that "everyone is sick" and they only have one waitress. He was not wearing a mask nor was the manager or the one waitress. They proceeded to fill up the bar area with patrons and we decided that this was not a safe environment to eat. The waitress asked why we were leaving and we told her that we were not comfortable sitting so close to other people and that we were uncomfortable with the fact that no one was wearing a mask. The manager then spoke over the waitress and told us if we did not like it we can email the owners because it is their decision. It was almost as if she was mocking us for caring about our safety. Making money should never be more important than your employees and patrons health. Do better Noodles!!!!

Service isn’t great but food is always delicious

?? Noodles Italian Kitchen ???? LOCATION (= 1 ⭐️) - One of their best qualities. This location makes you feel youve entered a 1970’s Italian town. Clean. Fresh. Tidy bathrooms.??✍️ SERVICE (= 1 ⭐️) - Fast and good.?? FOOD (= 1 ⭐️) - Food is okay. If you’re looking for authentic Italian this is probably not your stop. It’s more like Olive Garden than anything. I won’t doc a star, but it wasn’t fantastic.?? PRICE (= 1 ⭐️) - Price was average. Possibly high, but the lunch menu is affordable.??? EXPERIENCE (= 1 ⭐️) - Average experience, nothing extraordinary to earn a star here.? Overall Thoughts - 4 ⭐️’s!Highly recommend!! Would love some live music or something to give an element of great experience.

The only reason I gave it 2 stars was the staff. The food was edible but it wasn't good, we didn't even eat half of the orders. The bread is great. We thought we would try something new and that's what we get for trying.... I hate leaving bad reviews but this place really is not worth the money for the quality of food served. The staff was amazing our waiter was great, he really should look into working somewhere else because he could make a killing with his awesome personality.

Order was wrong and our food was rough. Worse than that, Omicron is raging and there was Zero Risk Mitigation. No masks. No distance. No curbside. We understand well the tough choices owners make everyday. The safety of employees and patrons should always take priority and there are plenty of local businesses who are leading in their efforts to protect our community. Noodles is NOT one of them.

Probably one of the worst Italian food places I have ever ate. Olive garden which is also disgusting beats this place by a mile. Pasta was over cooked, sauce had no flavor, meatballs were cold an tasted like dog food, Italian sausage was also cold. Friend ordered the mushroom ravioli an they were canned mushrooms not fresh. The only thing that tasted decent was the bread. Complained about food being cold an nothing was done about it. I will not be coming back or recommending this place to anyone. Owner needs to look into the quality of food that is coming out of the kitchen.

Should have left after no one came to greet us and to seat us. I had to go ask for a hostess. The bruschetta was very disappointing. The tomatoes were large chunks, and the bread was cold and dry. My salmon was rubbery and overcooked. My wife’s ravioli was the ONLY thing we enjoyed. However, why do y’all add a bed of linguini to your pasta meals? Also- service staff was not working together as a team. Food was sitting in the window cooking to death and servers were not helping each other run food. Overall- This place needs to execute food and service better. This is great building and has a ton of potential, I hope they work on their systems.
