We came to have lunch at 2:30 on a Saturday. There might have been 4 other tables seated. We waited at the front to be waited on for over 5 minutes while the worker wondered around. There was dirty tables everywhere while the other worker simply stood folding and unfolding a towel. When the food arrived, it had to be sent back because it was missing meat!!!
Great atmosphere! Amazing service! Mac n cheese was great.. but my chicken pizza was very bad.. chicken was so dry I had to pick it off which left me with no cheese cause the entire pizza had a layer of the dry chicken on it. Def coming back, but wont be getting the pizza

Horrible customer service! I came to pick up an order & a lady behind the glass just totally ignored me but made eye contact multiple times. So I asked her if she could help me get a togo order she said “u will have to wait for someone else” very hateful but never told anyone I was at the counter & needed help & the order was literally within 5ft of her. I waited forever & a man came around the corner to wipe tables & he helped me no problem.
We went there today 2/27/22 after church. Myself, my sister and my brother ordered the pick 2 large choice ... spent almost 60 dollars for just 3 ... they made the wrong item on accident and I was told that we would have it remade ... after 45 minutes of waiting for this item to be made which was a pizza I asked if I could be refunded or at least know if the pizza was being made ... they then after all that decided to make the pizza ... we got bad service and I understand they were busy but thats a long time for them to decide they were going to make what I paid for ... its expensive, the food tastes good but its not worth 60 dollars for that type of service . And not once was I allowed to speak with a manager ! No one would come speak with us at all !
I usually love this place and I get the same thing every time but they consistently forget the sauces and when I went back to ask for some more the lady at the counter was on her phone for 2 minutes. Please do better
Reliably good food. You can depend on them to be consistent. I was early for my take out order and they walked it out EXACTLY on time. Everyone is very nice. I suggest you try them if you haven't already. You'll enjoy it.They put their condiments (pickles, croutons etc.) on the round table again! They're in little containers now.
Newk’s food is usually pretty good. The challenge has been service, cleanliness & pricing. After the recent price hike in “early October” per their employee the cost is higher than the service’s value. Last few times we’ve been tables & floors have been sticky & did not seem clean. Mold/debris from the ice maker floating in drink. Regarding the service, I’m disappointed in the fact that when I asked for a receipt with pricing, I wasn’t able to get one. We were told 10 minutes for fresh tea to be brewed and finished our entire meal and still no fresh tea. TL,DR: Feels expensive for fast casual service.
I ordered a $50+ charcuterie plate for pick up today. There was not anything on the tray to even make a sandwich… no grapes no assorted fruits just a couple slices of prosciutto and 6 slices of Walmart pepperoni. I would advise to go to Walmart and get a lunch-able or just make it yourself. Waste of time and money. I was offered a piece of paper to get myNumber and the manager would call me because they were so busy. It was edible though, and I was glad to show up with something in hand. 2 stars for that Newks??
Did an online grab n go order. Went in & waited 30 mins after being told to have a seat & they'd bring it to me once it was ready. I understand being short staffed & it causing delays, but my patience wore thin after 30 mins past the pick up time. The manager didn't seem to care with a flippant attitude. I finally told them to keep their food & asked for a refund.
