Been coming here for years. Today was the worst experience ever. Super busy, so I understand the poor service. Never got our queso or side order. No refills. Still tried to charge for it all though. Food was not up to par. Everyone has a bad night. However, they now charge extra if you use your card. I’m done.
Fantastic Mexican Grill in Fayetteville AR. Excellent service. Our fajitas were prepared superbly and our mixed fish had large shrimp, lots of scallops, lots of crab along with grilled mushrooms, onion, carrots, broccoli , and cauliflower . So much fish neither of us could eat it all. This is our go to Mexican Grill in Fayetteville AR now. Wish they had one in Branson MO!!!! Family owned and operated. Facility was modern and plenty of space with many rooms nice seating and tables.
My daughter and I ordered the Chicken Quesadilla meal and asked for rice/beans of course and Beef Nachos to go. I got quesadillas only, no rice/beans/sour cream/pico/guacamole, NOTHING but quesadillas which weren't that good at all. My daughter got beef taco meat and chips, a side of sour cream and queso. Nothing else, just meat, chips and sour cream/queso. It was a to go order so maybe to go people don't get the restaurant experience but we should get the same food for the same prices. Won't be ordering to go from there again. If I was in the restaurant, I would have asked for all the things that were missing when I opened it at home.
Service was good but then developed food poisoning within 5 hours of leaving that lasted 24 hours, will not return. I am concerned now after seeing another review from a month ago for same issues, maybe time to check the kitchen staff and rotation of their food or if they are washing hands and wearing gloves.
My husband and I and my father in-law went there for the first time tonight the waiter was very helpful the food was just ok and the bill was 80.00 very expensive for not good quality food i don't mind the cost if the food would have been good will not be returning
I'm reading the reviews and it doesn't reflect what we experienced. They brought my fajitas and it wasn't even sizzling. I can put my bare hands on the plate. Meat looked like it was cooked yesterday and served today. Quesadillas looked like they were microwaved.Service was very rushed. And food came out VERY fast which obviously reflected the poor integrity of the food. Tableside guacamole was rushed and felt like a burden for the server than an experience. There was no taste testing or accommodations. Some of us didn't care for jalapeños. Fortunately (or not) the jalapeño wasn't spicy. The guac wasn't salted or limed properly. I expected fresh lime halves squeezed and avocados cored out at the tableside as well. The margarita was good. The mojito had dark dead mint leaves inside.If the establishment did fix these issues. I still won't come back. It left a very sour taste for me and my friends.
I've only eaten here once, but will definitely be going back. Large menu with tasty and healthy options available. The place was packed, but the wait staff took care of us with no problem.
you all are the best Mexican restaurant..the food and service is outstanding and the sangria margarita is my absolute favorite
First of all, after reading the comments I had to make sure I had the correct website. The last time I ate here was 2014 or 15 and it was awesome. Last night my husband wanted Mexican food and I said let's try Mojito's. He had the John Special. I was going to have the Steven's Special and then thought I would try the steak and shrimp. WOW it was AWESOME to the point where I am salivating just typing about it. First time ever I had a T Bone... wasn't really MR but medium but let me tell you'll whatever they seasoned it with was fabulous... the shrimp were nice and plump and juicy. Grilled perfectly. This was the first time ever in my life I didn't use BBQ sauce or cocktail sauce. And hey their rice had tons of flavor too and I always complain about how unseasoned it is. So impressed.
So friendly loved the shrimp quesadilla the waiter was on top of our sweet tea thank you for great service ! I will definitely be back ?
