Late Night takes forever now. Received Cold nugget meal and the drive thru employee argued with me and said it should have been warm and he wouldn't replace. My meal was over 11 dollars for barley warm food. NO THANK YOU
I hate giving a bad review when I know it's just a bad day for some people, and they are doing their best, short on staff, and/or customers aren't being very understanding for the situation. But, the App did fail me at this location. I do want to give mad props to.... voluptuous chocolate love that was helping in her last minutes before leaving the place that I'm sure is her 2nd home. Lmao. She was pulling through 110%
Food was ok, restroom was nasty with one toilet out of order, one stall had what I hope was water on the floor. A middle aged blonde woman was in the restroom when I was in there and went back to work without washing her hands.?
Best McDonald's in NWA. Day crew is great. Very fast, friendly. Bathrooms could be a little cleaner but it's attached to a gas station right off the highway.
Traveling through Arkansas and stopped at this McDonald’s location. The woman on the speaker box was very rude and seemed to not care about her job & was outside while taking orders. Then when I start to open my food I find mold all over the bun. So I walk it inside and proceed to explain to one of the workers that there is mold on my chicken sandwich. She looked at me in disbelief and opened it up and told me to show her where it was as if she didn’t believe me. Thank God for the manager because she gave me a new sandwich and a refund. They probably gave me more expired bread but I was appreciative that at least she was kind.
I just drove through this McDonald’s to get happy meals for my granddaughters and when I went to check out I told the man taking my order thank you sir. He told me do not call me sir. Never heard somebody so rude at McDonald’s will not be going back through this one
Horrible..pay for a full cup of coffee but only receive a half cup. They say it's their policy. No it's not, because the other McDonald's do not give you a half cup. I will be calling corporate.In addition, the workers are only capable of answering one drive-thru at a time. UNACCEPTABLE !!!
Like all fast food, the experience is hit or miss. And they definitely missed this time. Mistake on my order and then having to argue that they need to replace my whole 1 meal order when I returned to have it fixed.
I live right around the corner from this location so it’s the most convenient for me. Multiple occasions they have given me the wrong order. On one occasion they gave me cinnamon rolls that where hard as a rock. They’ve usually been decent about letting me exchange by food after extensively talking with a manager and showing them the food and receipt. This morning I waited in line for 30 minutes and as soon as I got to the window they switched to breakfast and then told me that it was cash only and they only where serving burritos. MLK MCdonalds is much much better just save yourself n go to the next
Orders are always good. Staff was professional and helpful. None of the employees were rude and no one acted like they didn't want to be there. Great experience.
