Probably the slowest drive thru service ever experienced at a McDs. The frappe's taste like cleaning chemicals & the ice cream does too. Hamburger Buns are always old & hard. Its less then 5 mins from my house but I will still drive to another one 10 mins away.
The food is very good, but sometimes they do mess up with the food, it's either missing a patty, missing ketchup or mustard. But overall it was good, my son Jayden B. Actually works there but his name tag says vayden instead lol.

They messed it up so bad and put so much extra sauce on it vs the plain I asked for that they even gave me an extra patty for free and then completely covered that one in sauce as well.
Stopped by the drive thru for some drinks after running some errands. Used to not have any issues with this location, but this time the wait was much longer than usual. The staff member in charge of taking the food out to the vehicles seemed well organized, but the staff inside were having some trouble keeping up and staying organized with the orders.
Lobby service definitely needs improvement. Line did not move for 10 minutes. A worker was asking if anyone had drinks and neglected the line that was forming. There was no "I'll be with you shortly". DO BETTER!
Update: No more frozen cherry..... Sad. It's also no longer cheap, but nothing is these days. Bacon egg and cheese biscuit was over $5 for just the sandwich. No meal deal, just the sandwich. No more reason for me to go here.Original: It's McDonald's, what can you say? Cheap food fast. I go for the Frozen Cherry drink which is great.
Waited in drive thru for 20 min and decided to do a curb side order, thinking it would be faster. After waiting, Vicky comes out with our food with a very rude attitude. She said that they are cash only at night and arent obligated to bring out curbside orders. Online ordering and curbside pickup are an option for 24hour. There was no reason to catch an attitude if something wasnt my fault. We only had 2 drinks and a cinnamon roll, and the roll wasn’t warmed either. The one on Joyce is way better!
Waited in drive thru while employee had long personal discussion w car ahead of us backing up 8 cars. Inside employees extremely rude at counter. Stood at counter..employee walked up checked out, mgr did not respond to asked question both walked away. Floors in lobby filthy. Most disrespectful rude inconsiderate employees ever been not waited on. Health department needs to visit. OSHA too. McDonalds name should be removed before associated with locations piss poor performance.
Just got back to work with my Quarter pounder, took one bite and it is raw on the inside. Not medium well or slightly pink but cool, red, uncooked ground beef. Oh, did I mention no one will answer the phone so I can't call and let them know that whoever is cooking actually ISN'T cooking. They also didn't give me a receipt so I can't leave feedback through their official channels. Winning on all levels. Good job McDonalds.
I came in to the deive thru with no cars in front of me and pulled around and paid; that was when I realized that they had already pulled 4 cars out of the line. I ended up waiting 25 minutes for my meal, had the worker bring me 2 wrong meals, and had to call to get them to bring me mine. Another lesson on how fast food is never fast and the taste is so so.
