Overall, pretty nice!! Although they have since taken away the “Godfather” secret menu item, the food here is still great!!I recommend their sweet tea and roast beef sandwich on a croissant ??
Did not live up to me expectations finished to the 71st and Lewis location in Tulsa. My bread for my half sandwich was hard and very dry, they also used very little sauce. My husband's baked potatoe was also very dry on the outside. The young lady who delivered our lunch asked if we wanted anything else, and my husband asked for sour cream. 10 minutes later he got up to go get his own sour cream from the front counter. Probably won't revisit this location anytime soon.
Eat here frequently and it was always great food and great staff. Order a blonde while sitting in the drive, got my food, and the sandwich on croissant bread was a soggy sloppy mess. How it passed a quality check I don’t know but my god it was awful
I am a fan of McAlister's so naturally I came there for the tea! I highly suggest the BLT-A. It is filling and plain good! The bathrooms were clean and the radio plays nice 80s hits, so I was bopping the whole time I ate! This location is not bad at all, though I have been to better McAllister's. The salad I had was so-so, but the BLT-A and of COURSE the tea more than made up for it!
Ordered online at lunch time. Got back to work and my sandwich was made wrong. I called the store and Savannah the general manager was very rude and even laughed as she got off the phone. Seriously lacking customer service skills of any kind! Would not even recommend ordering for your lunch break or if your in a rush, if they make your food wrong they will not remake it unless you bring them the sandwich. Serious lack of trust for customers and awful policies!
Used to love this place but it’s gone so downhill. Went and got some food to go and found a long dark hair in my sandwich which is pretty disgusting. I didn’t eat for the rest of the day because it was so gross
Wonderfully staff, very helpful. The food was of a high quality for the price. And the service was fast and attentive.
One of my favorite lunch spots. They have the best potato soup I have found without making my own. And their Ruben sandwich is amazing!
Went here for something fast and easy. They closed in less than 30 from when we showed up and were still so nice. I can NOT say the same for other restaurants. I was pleasantly surprised with how good my french dip was, it really hit the spot. I'd definitely go back to this location
The bread they use on their sandwiches is delicious and the service was great! They also have really great vegetarian options across their menu. I definitely intend on going back.
