One of my favorite pizza places. Love the fresh dough, cheesy bread, and crust toppers!
Food was great! Service not so much. My boyfriend and I had got a coupon in the mail that expires at the end of this month. We chose to use one tonight, and when we got in there the coupon kept popping up as error although we hadn’t used it, or even ate there before the poor employee up at the front was scared to get the manager because they had done told them to stay out of their way. This is very rude considering a customer only ate here for the coupon. I didn’t make them go get the managers because I can understand how scary it can be to deal with an awful manager. All I have to say now is, do better for your employees.
Marco's is consistently a premium product delivered quick and effectively. The old world pepperoni is unbeatable.
The pizza bowls are delicious and give you the taste of a pizza without the carbs. Always delicious and provide friendly service.
It's a Marco's. They're convenient and quick but sometimes the pizza is questionable quality. Anyway, they have great deals if you're in a bind and need a quick dinner.

My spouse and I both ordered pizza. When it finally arrived, it was evident that the pizzas clearly sat under a heat source for an extended period of time as the crust and cheese were heavily over cooked. So overcooked the pizza was rubbery. It was impossible to cut and had to be torn/ripped. The spinach I ordered on my pizza was literally burnt to a crisp. The pizzas arrived barely lukewarm. We tried putting them in the microwave just to reheat them but they were so bad we ended up just throwing them out. I also did not receive the ranch cup I ordered. I tried doing the right thing and filling out a complaint online but never heard back from anyone. I definitely won’t be ordering again if this is the quality Marco’s represents.
So I’ve ordered from this Marcos several times since I’ve moved to Fayetteville. No issue with delivery. But that ended tonight. The delivery person rode by and I did not know it was my pizza. Then 15 minutes later she creeps up and stops and yells you order from Marcos??? Ugh. Then speaking with the manager he said they tried to call. I realized my number was wrong and it had to do with my first account had my previous work email Mobile and I couldn’t update. HOWEVER. If the delivery person could read the numbers on the condos she would have gotten it to me no problem. Now I have a nasty pizza bowl. And out $20. And the manager was not a customer service person. So no I will not be ordering from them. Again.
Totally recommend Marcos pizza, only have good things to say about their pizza. Moved to the area and have been trying to find our take out food when we want it! Marcos is definitely on the list.
