The ice cream was super melted :( we used to love this place and came back after a few years, but we won’t be back.
The ice cream is very good. Quite rich. On the pricey side so definitely a treat in my world.
Ice cream was handed already melted, ice cream was all over the cub and way to sweet. Went in to say I was not satisfied they didn’t offer anything said I already ate too much even though we only took a couple of bites.
It wasnt there, but another under another name there was a ice cream shop. It was good but the cream wasnt the same as Marble Slab
The chocolate sauce in the sundae tasted sour, it was disgusting and my stomach has been hurting since. Waste of money, and probably unsafe. It seriously tasted spoiled.Edit: Why would I want a replacement when the chocolate sauce was spoiled? I have never had chocolate sauce taste acidic before. It was 100% not safe.
Ice cream was good but the service was terrible.*Edit* The speed of the service wasn't the issue or the fact of being short staffed, the lady who made my family's ice cream acted as though us coming in was the end of the world and did everything with attitude
Incredible experience every time we come. Our daughter is just as obsessed with the yummy treats and the staff like we are. Tonight, we had Mr. Thomas and Ms. Ruth Ellen and they made our weekend! Absolutely incredible encounters with all the team members. Also great treats for the whole family as well as the best cookie cakes in town! Great job Maggie Moo’s. We love each of you!
Do not recommend for sundaes. Brownie delight had rock hard brownies, very stale and old. On the classic, the fudge topping is Hershey's syrup straight from the bottle. Cold, not even slightly warm with nuts mixed in. ?
Great ice cream it’s just always closed at 8:00 and I wish it was open later so I could have a treat after dinner some nights
Couldn’t try before my daughter bought then went outside to try she didn’t like it so that was $5 gone in the trash! Went back in to pay another $5 for a different flavor . Would of been nice if y’all would have replaced it or discounted it at the very least. Been going here since my 19 year old was 6. ?
