Line cook/server touched food (lettuce, meat, tortillas) without gloves on after touching her face. Order was to go and she fist placed the prepared burrito on a dine-in plate then transferred it to a to go box with naked hands.
No flavor on my kind burrito. Was supposed to get steak and was given ground beef. Asked for double bean and they didn’t do that. Up to you if you want to waste your money

Always delicious & fresh. Love the green avocado salsa & the chipotle salsa (hot). Great customer service & clean restaurant inside. We usually get the huge King burrito, but I'm sure the other menu items are just as delicious. Maybe I'll pick something new to try next time.
Where has this place been? It's awesome and I need one in my town. It's fast food speed with restuarant quality. I got the grilled chicken over rice and cheese, the chicken it truelly grilled, not just steamed like other places, so perfect texture and flavor. The flautas my husband got had nice crispy ends we always enjoy just don't always get at some restaurants. I really thought our friends were overhyped this place but it exceeded that! And then we finished off by sharring a slice of delicious Tres Leche cake. ?
The food is really good, especially for (semi) fast food. My biggest complaint is no selection of diet drinks (only diet Pepsi) and they didn't have unsweet tea on my last visit. Prices are high for fast food, which I get that the quality is better, but then they don't provide chips and salsa like other Mexican restaurants.
Food is outstanding, service is great, the drinks are mind blowing. 10/10 will return.
I ordered the Chile Relleno burrito and I choked on the stem of the Chile half way through my burrito. It says it has avocado and it didn’t come with that unfortunately. I won’t be going back. They wanted me to take my half eaten burrito back. I’ll be going to Taco Loco from now on.
As an update I was finally able to reach a manager who apologized and took time to listen and fix it right. As always once someone listens their food is very tasty & fulfilling! Thank you King Burrito for being so people/food friendly!!
They are perfectly capable of serving their take-out in compostable containers, but choose not to. The cost difference is not that big. Don't eat here until they do better.
