Employee's using profanity. Messed up my 1 meal order (i dont know how). Too much playing around and talking smack. . Just because some guy left because you were out of most of your chicken. Doesnt mean you start cussing somebody whos infront of them picking up there order. Management is complete garbage.
This place never has chicken ready. Tried to get a family meal of chicken tenders (8 tenders) and they only had 4 tenders available. Said it would be over 20 minutes to hand bread the rest. You’d figure a place called Kentucky fried CHICKEN would have more than 4 pieces ready on a Saturday night. This happens about every other time I go to this location as well. About to stop even trying.
Excited to finally eat at KFC after the renovations. So disappointed. Requested extra crispy but unfortunately it was just crispy and taste was not the Colonials special recipe. Tasted pretty ordinary. My biscuit was dried out so much I used it as a door stop. Sorry but I was so disappointed today.
I like fried chicken. Recently I visited 4 KFC places. Two of them did not had any chicken anymore (during regular day hours), one was closed due to renovation, and one offered fried chicken with a 30 min waiting estimate. I went strait to the competition and got served immediately. If only Colonel Sanders would know how they run down his chicken place....
The staff didn't wear work clothes or masks. It doesn't look professional at all. A piece of fried chicken can put a bottle of smoke, eat straight to the emergency department. I will never go to this store again.???
If you pull into a food service place early afternoon and the parking lot is empty there’s usually a reason. This was the dirtiest KFC I’ve ever been in. Colonel Sanders is rolling over in his grave. The bathroom was literally cleaner than the dining room.
Food was great as always , would have got 5 stars but the food has gotten smaller and the price higher .

I used to think KFC was good chicken. Wimpiest chicken strips, Mac and cheese no flavor. Biscuits were dry and hard. Never recommend them again.
First and last time im getting wings from kfc. Or at least this kfc. They were undercooked and greasy/sloppy. Chicken was just rubbery. The skin wouldnt even stay on the chicken as i grabbed ahold of it. I'd much rather recommend any other wing place (or just a place that serves wings) over this. The only reason i gave it a 2 star is cause their fried chicken is usually okay and their biscuits and mac and cheese is good.
