Like many on here, customer service didn’t come off as much of a priority for these folks. Food was OK, but not good enough to offset the service. Btw, steer clear of the fried calamari. Not only was the quality sub-standard, but the quantity was definitely not worthy of the cost. Bottom line, there are far better seafood joints out there. Included a pic of a full order of the calamari.

Really not great experience at all! Server did not explained how works. We asked and she gave us a short answer . Brought us an unnecessary extra pounds that lead us to take a lot of food back home and a bill of $250. She just hip off our money.

Its just not as good as my last four visits and they were out of a lot of thing on the menu. Snow crabs were really small and Kings crabs were 80 or 85 dollars a pound.☹ I like to eat good but a little to rich for my blood. My 3 year old granddaughter loved the fried rice with egg and I enjoyed the soup just wish they would consider grilling up the sausage before putting into the soup.

Tried to go here for Father’s Day and I tried to call before hand as well to get no answer well then we show up and we walk inside we go to the host stand, it took a minute for a feed greeted which is totally fine I get it but then we’re greeted with work clothes and the girl was extremely rude in her tone. Note people are eating inside and it’s 4 PM and they supposedly close at eight so me and my family or a bit confused on why she said that. Then she explain theyre sold out of everything but their sign at the stand says that they were sold out of certain things. Which we were fine with and she was just rude because we were like close on Father’s Day? And when I said you don’t have to be rude about it she immediately said I don’t think I was rude was again an awful tone to her voice. All well not even looking at us when speaking to us.I read reviews before I can hear and the Jordi were good but plenty mentioned the staff being rude. They aren’t dressed like they are art work, you can’t tell who works there and who’s a guest, my advice is go somewhere else simply because they’re rude. If you want to just go have a good time with your family this isn’t the place because they’ll just be disrespectful.

Hours on the website says they are open on Sunday till 8 PM showed up and the building is not open

To start, Courtney, our server was Awesome!! This girl was on it! Dad and I came in for dinner and it was great! Gator bites to start (yum!!). I didn’t get a pic of Dad’s food but he had the shrimp with ‘juicy sauce’ (he loved it!) and I had the crawfish tacos (3 huge tacos that come with a large side salad -or whatever side you choose - it was a meal itself and both for $9.95!). Delicious- next time, have to get the boil in a bag - 2 tables by us had it and looks fabulous!!

Decent food horrible prices. Menu was not exactly the best. Was under the assumption that vegetables come with other foods from the way the menu reads I expected potatoes and corn with the meal but nope. Quiet dissatisfied with that not a place I will revisit.

I called to verify when what time we needed to be at the restaurant since Google shows they close at 9pm. I was told they stopped seating at 8:30. We arrived at 8:15 and were turned away. The lady stated that they changed the time. Why then would you give a time and have another time on google.

We live about 30 mins from the restaurant and we called to verify that we would be served since they close at 9pm. They said they stopped taking tables at 8:30. So we got here at 8:20 and they denied our entry. So inconsiderate since we called to verify.

Over all it was a good visit. The food and service were good. We ordered a boil. (lobster, crab, argentina shrimp, & etc.) Unfortunately they were out of king crab. They were also out of the first 2 beers I ordered. The scissors we were given where broken. We would visit again.
