Food is amazing but as of recently you cannot call your food in ahead of time.... As of a recent phone change system as I've heard nobody can place an order... love the food but the service now is terrible..
You know they are delicious because of how long they have been around! If they sucked, they would have failed decades ago...
It's good pizza. I've worked here a few times and even when I'm not working here I love coming in for some pizza. The ranch is the best in the state, maybe the country, and it's homemade here in the back with a big bucket paddle. Being located in a gas station can fool folks cus it's really pretty good food.
A pizza shop in a convenient store. Sounds bad right? Prepare to have expectations broken! Jim's has got the best pizza being sold by the slice. If pizza isn't your thing, they got the rest of the basics to! Wings (boneless and bone in), salads, calzones, and hoagies. Place is better for delivery or take out, but if you're ever near the White Oak Station it's great to stop by for a slice or two!
Well, prices have skyrocketed with new computer system installed, manger cited costs. He also said a veterans discount would be available then, that's a lie.Today, I found out they charge more for using your card, on top of the exorbitant price increase.Then the dismissive attitude of the employee today was the last straw. Decent pizza if it were cheaper, not worth it now. They got too greedy. I wont be returning and i was a regular customer so
Just got a couple slices of pizza and stood there and watched as the kid with glasses stick his hands in the food to make this lady's salad. Who knows where his hands have been. Sorry but I gotta say something. Dude can't be doing that.
Consistently good pizza, slice or whole pizzas. Additionally they have other delicious pasta dishes and sandwiches, all beginning from scratch in this location. Friendly and efficient staff, at the counter and in delivery. Locally owned and operated.
This is the best pizza! I have come here for lunch probably once a week for the last year since it is so convenient, fast and GOOD!!!
Great pizza fast and not to expensive
This is the best slice of pizza in town and their cheese sticks are other-worldly. My favorite part of Jim's, though, is how kind of helpful Ray, a cook/cashier I almost always order from, is. This place is a hidden gem.
