Made an order through Uber and the wrong order was dropped off. Jason's Deli went above and beyond to get the right one sent. Uber however was not as easy to deal with. I had to cancel the order place a second order which caused me to be charged more. They also took their sweet time calling me to tell me the steps I had to do so I could get my food....thank you to the manager that took care of me!!!

Have eaten at Jason' s often in Little Rock and Fayetteville. Good most of the time, but not last night (4/30). We ordered 2 waters but was charged for a soft drink. Ordered the salad bar. I had to get someone to refill the beets, potato salad, (Mexican?) Mix (with corn), the ranch dressing, and the cornbread muffins (delicious as usual). It took four different times of asking to get that done. They would bring out the replacement without checking to see if anything else needed to be refilled. Maybe it was a whole new crew or something, but my wife and I were very disappointed. We will return, but they need to pick it up. Other reviews seem to have a similar experience.

I ate lunch here and the food was good. I had the Salmon sandwich. The salmon was shredded instead of a patty. But had a good taste.

Highly recommend. Salad bar is fresh. It's been very hard to find a decent salad bar, and this place is the one. Went here on a whim with my wife as a lunch date and dont regret it. For what you get, the price is well worth it. Will definitely be going back

Food was delicious as always. Husband and I split the roast beef dip and the new Ranch Chicken potato. I usually go mostly for those big potato's and the new one did not disappoint. So friggin good. Kids always finish their meals. And the fruit dip will always be the main attraction for me, I could live off that stuff <3

Had a tasty Italian sandwich with a side of possibly house made chips.

Paid 20 bucks for 2 sandwiches that were completely wrong , I asked for jalapeño Mayo that was never even put on the sandwich, one sliver of what may be called an avacado, the tomato was like 3 weeks old and the bread was so hard I had to throw it away because I couldn’t bite through it .. I will never be back again ..The floors looked like they hadn’t been swept in a month , only 3 people in place at this time so no excuse .. Very poor run place management is crap and they do not know how to make sandwiches.. Don’t waste your TIME or MONEY !!!!

Super cheap food....that they charge 3 times as much for. You are better off just paying $2.00 for a can of soup from the store it's the same. No management to be found. Just one family running everything under the management just sad..... 6 or more people quit because of this family. But that is what happens when you let the Cartel run the business. Good luck to anyone that wants to work here.

First time here. It was very good. My wife loved the muffuletta. Good food and fast service.

Great sandwiches and friendly, helpful service. I really want to try the salad bar next time.
