My family and I had a delicious lunch here. The restaurant has a neat vibe. The burgers and fries were tasty. It was very popular so if you are going get there when they open. Very attentive waitress and very busy place.
Located just off Fayetteville square; friendly mix of University of Arkansas students and locals of all ages...great burger and sandwich selections...large portions and well prepared food...diverse menu...large draft beer selection...festive vibe in dinning and bar areas
I got my order Togo, a smoky cheeseburger cooked to perfection so juicy so delicious, the the spinach crepes and potato skins. It was all so fresh and high quality I believe I'm coming there tomorrow for my birthday ?I was very impressed everyone was very friendly and to make my experience top quality is having delicious food but having sweet lovely servers is the Best to me and my husband ❤️ I highly recommend
Hugo's is always delicious. I love their burgers and especially their pastrami sandwich. I enjoy the nachos with peppers. The only negative is it. Sometimes to me the chips are a little bit salty but hey Summer's coming and they'll probably taste really good after a long hot day.
Nice, friendly staff. Good food. Fun atmosphere. Great location, especially to shop in trendy shops and look around downtown.

Hugo’s was a great experience. Food was delicious, atmosphere was cool. Kinda of a small space downstairs in a basement, tables are very close together. Waitress was excellent.
Hugo's Guacamole Burger is exceptional. What a fun place. It's a must do on a visit to Fayetteville, AR.
Chicken sandwich great Pastrami sandwich great Ham and Swiss sandwich… nothing special. Fries reheated. Not much flavor. Waitress not interested in us.
My review is coming from someone that is not from NW Arkansas. I was told this was the place to go for Burgers. I did like the vibe and culture. 5- stars for the ambiance. Heading down in to the basement was a nice change. Very tight fit. Bumped by employees three times during our visit. 4-stars for staff. I’d go 3 but the host up top was awesome. 4-stars for the food. Burger was ok but weak on flavor with the toppings. Fries were ok but need some seasoning, even some salt. Worth a visit. Prices were solid.
