My partner and I came in for a nice lunch with the graduation crowd having died down. There was one other couple in the restaurant finishing their meal so front of house was dead, and back of house may have been doing prep, but nothing as hectic as things could have been. It took about five minutes for them to take the order which had no special requests. They brought out my wife's dish quickly and then I sat there for 25 minutes before I finally asked about my dish. "oh we forgot" was the response from the young woman playing on her phone near the kitchen entrance. I just asked them to cancel the order and they then said, "well the order is in even if it hasn't started" We had to insist in a refund that they eventually said they applied, though we were told it will take 3-5 business day (may be legit, but most processing companies in this decade do not have these delays.) The staff were either untrained to do their job, or just unwilling. It was really pretty sad, and I am curious how they were even hired in the first place. Long complaint short, incompetent staff with the people skills of a toddler looking at something shiny. We will not be going back and will no longer be recommending it to our friends that travel through asking about Noodle Shops.

Got the chicken yakisoba. $15 for poor quality chicken and over cooked noodles. Your paying for the portion not the quality. A mound of marichan quality noodles sparsely laced with chicken that tastes fresh out of the can. Vegetables taste fresh though!

Okay food but overpriced. Got a fried rice chicken and it cost me $16. Look at the picture. How it's possible they charge so much for that

Small, casual spot. You go in, order at counter, then food is delivered to your table. The sushi is a hit or miss. But the korean bowls are awesome - try it with the boom boom sauce. Beware, the stone bowls are seriously hot!! I get my kid an entree of fried chicken with steamed rice, which isn't on the menu, and it is very good.

Ordered a rice bowl (bibimbap) and added the beef. The presentation was good, however, the food was subpar. the meat was cubed and seem to have just been scooped out. Rice was dry and tough to eat. The sauce they gave you is good, but they do not give you enough and “run out” if you ask for extra. Overall the food is bland and boring. Especially for the price they’re asking ($18 after tax!) I do not mind paying more for a good meal, but this was not good at all. Me and a friend walked down to a different restaurant on the same strip and got better food for a lower price. They seem to want to upcharge for every little thing. A normal bibimbap is served in a hot stone bowl but they wanted to upcharge for that too.

The food here used to be amazing but the quality has really only gone downhill the last few times we be in it's just been terrible we ordered to go this last time they didn't sauce anything so I just got cooked noodles to cook chicken with no seasoning or flavor and the time before last when.We tried to eat in I had to have them make the food twice something was wrong with the chicken the first time had a foul taste.

Had the Bi Bim Bap with spicy chicken and traditional spicy sauce on the side. The wife had the drunken noodles. The Korean rice bowl was pretty good. Flavor and spice level was just ok. The drunken noodles was pretty good as well. It had a good amount of ginger flavor. All and all it was a good experience.

Went there today 01-08-22 it was absolutely the worst Pad Thai I have ever had in my life. I so wished I would have read the reviews prior to going. California roll was equally as awful. The entire meal went into my trash can.

Was fairly good. The whole ordering process is kind of annoying, wish they had regular menus. Staff was very friendly

One of the poorest made rolls I have ever had. Rice was soggy and you could barely call it a “sliver” of avocado . Half the roll was missing most of its rice.
