Ordered at 7:55 and still waiting at 8:20 for my 2 sandwiches. Literally 1 other person in the store and 3 people working.Update: took 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches. Person in front of me had 3 sandwiches. Still not understanding why it took 30 minutes but one worker was too interested in talking and they moved like sloths.Update 2: ordered the turkey bacon ranch sandwich and apparently bacon can’t be added in 30 minutes because it was missing from the sandwich.Do yourself a favor and skip this place.
Horrible service! Waited an hour for 2 sandwiches and it wasn’t even busy! Employees just talking not doing their job! The place was gross and not clean at all! Don’t go there!!! Will never come here again!!!!!
Ordered an Italian sub 30 minutes ago and still haven't received it. How long does it take to prepare an overpriced sandwich? Not again!!!
We went in to order 2 sandwiches. My husband told them he wanted two 6 inches ,(he should have told them mediums) For starters it took them about 25 mins to make the sandwiches. We took them home. What we had were two sandwiches that were about 2.5 inches. I asked for bacon and mushrooms, they were put on my husband's sandwich and the prices are outrageous.
Kids are having play time behind the counter, manager joins in sometimes. We were the only customers in the store, 15 minutes for 1 sandwich.
Congratulations to the award winning employee this evening that just discouraged patroning this establishment. As I walked in to place an order, I noted the 2 customers eating. This man informed me he was too busy and it would be 30 minutes before he could even take my order. The food is definitely not worth the wait or his exceptionally bad attitude about his job.

the manager is cut throat she is vindictive and even changed my boyfriends pay for a whole 2. weeks while he was acting gm. she changed him from 13.75 to ELEVEN without telling anyone which is against labor laws. while he did her whole job for her. her name is Chris and she is evil.

Nice people absolutely wonderful sandwiches. I suggest the Cajun chicken. The three people that have been working there through the snow storm make very good sandwiches.
