Had a great experience eating out at Eastside Grill in Fayetteville, AR last night. Our waitress, Mel, was very careful to listen and document my Alpha Gal allergy. Chef confirmed no dairy. Had the Pan Fried Salmon with Quinoa, brown rice, squash, broccolini and Thai aioli sauce. Delicious and no reactions. So nice to relax knowing they were paying attention to my allergy!!!
The food is ABSOLUTELY fantastic, but I am consistently disappointed by the service. We just got back from dinner there, and from sitting down at the table to paying the bill, we were there for three hours. We waited an hour for our food, and then another hour for the bill. Even the food is great, I just can't justify eating there again.
The seared pesto salmon and bacon-wrapped chicken were exceptional. The balsamic glazed brussel sprouts were amazing. And Dillon was a fun and engaging waiter. Best meal we've had in Fayetteville!
One of my favorite brunch places in all of NWA, not just Fayetteville! Get the mimosa table service, a loaded bloody mary, or any of their great meals!
We enjoy the food here as it has always been delicious. I would say be patient as the staff was busy in the dining room, probably short staffed. The host was having to bus tables. There were three bartenders when we went up to pass the time before our table was ready. The bar was only half full but it took a good 5 minutes for one bartender to address us. Two of the three made eye contact but didn't address us at all as the mildly strolled around behind the bar. We made sure not to eat at the bar due to the first 5 minutes if treatment. I wouldn't reccomend the bar at all due to it. This was our second time and same treatment from the bar each time. We've tried twice so not sure we will go round three.
Food was great. Highly recommend the Thai-Peanut Wings and the Meatloaf. The interior is pretty. My only complaint was the server. She wasn't very attentive and seemed unhappy and irritated. Other than that it was a great first experience!
is good food and good people. good
great food service atmosphere !
The food and drinks were great! If you like a Bloody Mary, I believe ESG makes the best I have ever tasted. The omelets are excellent and the blueberry compote is to absolutely delicious.
My wife and I went 2/13/22 for the Sunday brunch. I really wanted to like it higher than I am rating it, but things fell short unfortunately. We ordered the eggs benedict and a Montecristo. First, the eggs benedict...there was very very little hollandaise sauce and it tasted...pre-made(out of a can)so be it. The biggest turn-off was that the ham product was cold. Second, the Montecristo. Same issue with the ham being cold. In addition, the raspberry sauce was lightly drizzled over the sandwich. Usually you get a side of raspberry along side your sandwich. With that being said. The atmosphere was excellent, and the home fries where outstanding. We will go back and try it again. The bloody mary's looked really good!
