Ordered a hamburger from there, it was very over cooked but still decided to eat it then took a bite and there was clear wrapper inside of it!! Won't be getting food from there again.
When someone orders a mint chocolate chip blizzard, is given a chocolate chip blizzard and you try to tell them it is not what you ordered, (because you were just in there in the early afternoon and guess what the first time it was green mint ice cream with chocolate pieces mixed in..so you KNOW the difference)And they stonewall you, and instead of saying "we're sorry about the order let us get the right one", their answer to fix it is to drop mint flavoring in an already wrong blizzard?? Come on people.Even calling back, the girl still tried to say they fixed it.. with more flavoring...(oh and even though it wasn't green and needed more mint flavoring it really was Mint chocolat chip) by the time the girl finally said " how did I want it fixed" with her obvious no care attitude, I was done. If this is this locations attitude about what customer service means..you guys are in trouble. Love DQ but not this one..
My god they are ALWAYS out of at least 1 item usually more and they are slow AF always having to pull around and wait even when there is nobody inside or in the drive.Ps just leave your half a** cookie cutter response from owner off my post your not going to do anything to make it better. You business model is going to fail and I’m going laugh when it does.
I tried this DQ drive thru yesterday thinking MAYBE they were taking Covid-19 seriously and masking up but they weren't masked, either. Very irresponsible and I won't try another one since I'd rather live through the pandemic.
They make a great blizzard - but they are ALWAYS out of chocolate ice cream!
The customers are very friendly and helpful, and the restaurant appears very clean and well maintained! The food is good, their burgers are massive and I almost forget that it's a fast food chain! It is a bit on the pricey side for a fast food restaurant, and if the drive thru is busy people dining in might have to wait a bit for their food, but other than that I enjoy visiting!
My experience here was lousy they never have anyone on front counter and have to wait 20 minutes just to order, my food was always cold when i got it
I was craving a bacon cheeseburger with a coke. No bacon… no coke but the presentation was…ok.
9/5/2021= 1:17pm Ticket NO DT-45Two chicken finger baskets and one stake finger basket with a small milk shake. Get home in Elkins and we only have one gravy my wife called the store the manager told her she knew she had put two in the bag not to mention the chicken, stake fingers and fries were dumped out in the bag the manager pretty much told her tuff what is wrong with people. I will not waste my $35. at this store again.??
