Sometimes, there may be a mistake. However, they have always made it right by me. And the food has always been great!
The pizza we received from the Garland Avenue Store in Fayetteville, AR was excellent. I think I posted a one star for the store but it was meant for the Dominos glitchy app not the excellent food. So sorry Dominos Team. Note to self, use online ordering and not the App.
Horrible customer service, if I could do negative stars I would. My boyfriend is working the night shift so he decided to get food from here and his app wouldn’t work, he called and asked what he could do for sure and if it was just down at the moment and they were very rude, they pretended like they didn’t know anything, they cussed him out a little, gave him wrong number to call for customer service, wouldn’t it take his order over the phone even, he even was talking to a “manager” the whole time. Delivery driver Andrew wouldn't deliver to his room, even though he gave a room number and made him go down 3 flights of flipping stairs if he even wanted to get his food. His food was 30 mins later than what is was supposed to be, he didn’t get his full order, they fought with him on that, and wouldn’t give him the rest of what he PAID for. So over all very very horrible

Fix the online coupon system.Someone at the store called me after 10:00 p.m. after I rated their experience online with one star. I explained that the one star was due to that their coupon ordering system was inactive for over a week since the last time I ordered and they don't honor the coupon prices when you call and it's only an online ordering experience. So it's similar to false advertising. I mention this. I'm told to call corporate (customer service) about the issue yet they called me about this and I don't want to talk to corporate cuz I don't work for Domino's and it's not my job to tell them there's a problem. I make that clear and she tells me that I don't have to be disrespectful and I say I'm not being disrespectful and then she tells me to never call again even though she calls me after 10:00 p.m.. SMH. My whole family heard that phone call and I am reassured I wasn't being rude and just ??????...Dominos customer service call center hours are not after 10:00 p.m. so I wouldn't be able to contact them anyway to resolve the issue that seems simple to resolve. Let the stores give us the online discount. The employee that called me made clear that the store couldn't handle this simple customer discount. Corporate is an issue for the store in this scenario. Okay, fine. You call corporate and fix it.

Honestly 15/10. This is on a day after it dumped a couple inches of pure ice on the ground. I had no groceries, busses obviously weren’t running, tons of places are closed. I decided to order a couple pizzas and stuff to hold me over and it was absolutely fantastic.They’re always good but something about the way they were made today was even better. They really came through for me, I couldn’t be more grateful that they were open and delivering. Very fast service and my driver was very friendly. This is why you guys are always my first choice for pizza!! Thank you dominoes!! <3
i'm giving one star bc it is the lowest I can give. I would never order anything at this place. I ordered a pizza, and one hour later I had to call just to hear that my order wasn't even in the proccess of getting made.
I just tried a Medium Pan Pizza from Garland Ave Domino's and I was pleasantly surprised how good it tasted. I think they put double cheese on the pan pizza. I used the 7.99 coupon and added onions to make it a $10 pizza and it is enough for 2-3 hungry people because it was filling and they put a lot of toppings on it!! Yummy and a very happy customer!! Thanks Domino's Garland Team!!! Yall Rock!!!
My food came HOT and FAST! ?? It also tasted DELICIOUS and the delivery driver was kind. This was my virginal Domino's experience and it didn't disappoint. The garlic knotsliterally popped in my mouth. Crispy and warm. Ahhhhh. Yummy pizza.
