I never take time to leave a bad review - normally I just would quietly never go back, but I felt that it was important that the public know that they suddenly have a new policy. A few months ago, we had ordered some meals with a bunch of sides and when we got home with our pickup order we discovered they only gave us one of the two bags, which had only a couple of our items. It was around a $50 order- we got less than $15 of that!!Calmly I called and explained and the person who took my call seemed interested in making things right. She took my name and wrote it in her book and said WHENEVER I was ready they would remake my order on the house and that they would even throw in a free dessert! Seems really nice, right? In the same call, I specifically asked how long that offer would be good for and she stated that it was in her book and that because she was management it would be honored. I even mentioned it could be a while, maybe a few months because my son was coming to visit and he would enjoy bbq. She said, sure no problem, I've got your name and order in my book, just call when ready.Today I called hoping to ask for them to honor their promise. They informed me that they wouldn't keep their promise after a week.So we are out a meal, the money and most of all... our trust.
Awesome people great food i stop every time I am in town
The horrible quality would be excusable if the prices were halved. Biting into hard and dry brisket with even harder bread really does something to your appetite. I gave the brisket to my dog and even he was hesitant to eat it. Just go eat at McDonald’s if you’re desperate enough to eat at Dickey’s. Don’t waste your money here.
I love the food and the workers were very friendly and the place was clean with the exception of the occasional fly
Employees were rude and rushed us to order. We got the porker platter. It's a sampler type. The burnt ends were tough and not good. The French fries were the best part of the meal.
Today it was pretty slow when I went in and service was quick. Food was good, but a little pricier than I thought it would be for a slider and a small mac and cheese, but then everything is more expensive now.
I’ve Been eating at Dickies for 12 years .The portions at Dickies have become so small it’s no longer worth going …I was shocked when I got home with my order , the 3 meat plate wouldn’t have fed a 10 year old child . The 2 ribs were the size of my pinky finger , the other 2 meats might have filled a coffee mug . Will never return !
Worst slowest resturaunt with the most downright pitiful staff that looks like they want to kill themselves and they refuse to update customers on progress. Burn this place and all its corporations to the ground.
We normally enjoy this place but wow.. today was absolutely the worst. The meat was nothing but fat.. the bread was stale.. we asked for spicy and sweet sauce, they gave us nothing but regular.. no silverware.. we asked for crispy okra and it was soggy.. they forgot my drink until I asked.. workers were so rude.. she forgot my texas toast we paid extra for, but I said just forget it and give me the roll so I could leave and be done with the experience. Only 2 stars instead of 1 cuz it's good most other times.
Me and my family of 4 waited in line as the helped the people in front of us, we it came our turn the lady taking orders just stoped taking orders. We stood there for a bit as they looked busy making the orders a head of us.Hoping that some point she would ask us what we wanted but never did so we left. Not welcoming
