Place was absolutely disgusting, they didn't keep the work station clean. All tables and the floor had food spread out all over it. The guy who took our order barely gave us any of the items we wanted. This was around 4:30pm btw so idk if it was shift change or what but regardless why is it so nasty? The guy gave me the bottom of the barrel barbacoa even though I was obviously grossed out by it. I'm scared of confrontation so this is also my fault for not saying how I feel. I think if more care to the place was made it would show through the food as well though.
I have eating at chipotle many times and I do love the flavor of the food there. The food has very good taste and the price is fair for the portion one gets. I have ordered the burritos many times and I love the taste however the got to do a better job wrapping the burritos on the tortilla. The burritos end up turning into a bowl because is not wrap correctly. The bowl is also very good and the salad. Overall, the food is good and it is good portion for the price.
Old dry beans and hard undercooked rice.Asked for double meat. Got charged for double meat. But barely got 1 serving.Food quality has gone down hill.They ask...do you want queso?....without mentioning it is extra $$
This Chipotle has gone downhill since the pandemic. I have ordered online well in advance on several occasions and the food is still significantly delayed when I arrive. Most recently, I ordered 25 minutes before I arrived and they did not even start making the food until I got there
Classic example of shrinkflation? Protein prices went up and portion sizes have been hamstrung.
Spent $17 on a carnitas bowl to have the majority of meat be a slab of fat. This chunk is so big…you seriously didn’t notice this when slopping it on my bowl? Was a Togo order so wasn’t going to waste the time and gas to drive all the way back. I really can’t believe this was unnoticed!
We love going to Chipotle but here lately we have had bad experience with them! The last two times I had missing items. This time I literally had to ask for my drinks, my chips and queso, the kids meals didn't even get there side items definitely not coming back. For the amount of money I spend here I can get better service else where. Not only that but the young lady helping me seems like she was getting an attitude for asking for things I had already paid for.. I wasn't asking for anything free just the things I had ordered!!
This particular Chipotle is terribly managed. They are consistently unprepared for a dinner crowd. Extremely slow and out of many of the ingredients. I have been a huge Chipotle fan for years and never had a bad experience outside of this location. Very disappointing.
Terrible experience. No one reads the tickets, no one checks the orders and have repeatedly been sent with the wrong orders. Since I’m usually at work and have only a half an hour for lunch, it’s rather inconvenient and upsetting. They need to train their employees better, or read the tickets.
Constantly out of food. I've gone a few times over months and they were out of chicken, rice, and even tortillas. The workers always seem unhappy and overworked. If I'm paying this much, I want to know the workers aren't being mistreated. This place needs new management.
