The restaurant was dirty and you could see food on the floor behind the counter. The kitchen was visible from the counter and it was dirty as well. Food on the prep tables and on the floor and dirty food containers sitting around every where. The service was okay but there was no order among staff. I live 3 hours away and was visiting. All I can say is I would not go back to this location. I will stick with the one at home. ALSO the parking was awful and the place is not wheelchair accessible. On top of that the food made me ?

This is the honestly the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. Cashier got mad because I was asking for a tortilla With cheese in it. Kept saying that they didn’t do that anymore when I had gone there days before and they made me what I wanted. I was like ok maybe things have changed. Breaking point was when cashier threw my burrito at me at that point I knew that I will no longer be coming to this chipotle. Hire new staff so something teach these people manners!!

The food from this location is always great! On par with other locations and the staff are friendly. Clean location. Good portions of food!

Our athletic team placed an order online and they nailed it! We got all the orders and it was ready on time. The staff was super friendly and understanding of our large order. If you place an order do the staff a favor and call and let them know in advance and they will be prepared!

Food is always good and service is great. I pick up here often for deliveries and the employes are always attentive an quick. The parking is not that great. There are only about 7 parking spot and 2 for delivery pickups. Its in a private owned parking lot with a attendant that will put a boot on your car if you didnt pay for parking in the pay spots that are not assigned to Chipotle. So make sure that if you park in a spot that doesnt have a Chipoltle customer sign, pay for the spot at the payment booth there in the parking lot or the boot will cost you $40.

We had an order placed a month in advance for 20 people. A few hours before the food was supposed to be ready, they sent a cancellation email. “Not enough people working” they say. They suggested we have all 20 people travel to this location at once (and park in their 3 total spots?) and order individually. I honestly couldn’t wrap my brain around that one. If the manager of this location can’t plan over a month in advance for a relatively small order, then I can’t imagine they can do much else right either. Extremely disappointedt and escalating this issue to corporate. The manager at this location can’t manage to get themselves out of a paper bag.

Don’t even try to park here. Predatory private parking attendants will boot your vehicle to extort you the minute you walk inside. I witnessed this happen to two people while attempting to park myself (directly in front of the restaurant which seemingly is parking for patrons, but apparently not).

WORST. Chipotle I have ever been to. I have come here consistently for years but my last two orders have been 100% wrong. Even up to the entree. Have reached out both times and 0 reply.

I love chipotle and the food that’s why I worked there for awhile and normally the staff (even rude coworkers I’ve worked with) are SUPER friendly with customers. And this morning everyone was real nice like usual but I got some chips and guacamole because usually they are perfect even if it’s leftovers from the night before. I know how good the chips and guacamole can be, and the chips were burnt and I wasn’t mad at all I ate like two chips and decided no these aren’t good at all. So I asked for new chips from the staff working cash and saw that they had made a new batch so I was like oh is that the batch you just made? And they said yeah but here let me get you some new ones. Really nice! But the woman who made our entree said “they aren’t burnt” and I said “maybe the other chips are fine but I’m pretty sure these are burnt cause I used to work here and these definitely taste burnt.” And she took my bag of chips grabbed a random bag and threw them across the counter towards me really nonchalantly and and said “none of these are burned” and the cash staff was like “I hope these are better for you” and I was just shocked because there is no reason for the staff to be huffy. I worked at chipotle for quite a while! People return chips all the time complaining they aren’t cooked enough, or burnt, or stale. And even if we the staff know they are okay we hold our tongue and give them a new bag. Her attitude was super unnecessary and I KNOW how delicious the chips can be I was the main fryer every morning doing prep work. Those were not it lady!!! And the cash staff today: so sorry if you felt awkward bout the interaction I just wanted some better chips and the other bag was great thank you! So yeah those chips were indeed burnt.

Whoever manages this place needs to teach your employees how to wear a mask correctly. Everytime I come in here I see y'alls noses poking out. You might as well not even require masks if your employees can't even wear them right. Plus you have Bubba the parking vulture sitting outside watching to see if someone didn't pay to park in Greg House's precious lot for 5 minutes. It's a real shame this place has been taking up real estate on Dickson for so long.
