I love this chicken salad! When I get to FAYE, I always stop by and pick up plenty for my Air BnB. I can pick up a few different flavors for everyone in the group, I love getting an egg salad and pimento cheese. YUM. It's perfect with wine, as lunch, breakfast, or a late-night snack! It truly is my go-to. It's made fresh daily so you can buy it knowing that you have 4 days to snack on it. The chicken salad is so delicious. Trust me, if you need a quick bite, snacks for a party, or some love for your college student- you don't want to miss this one! I have it delivered to my DD and her roommates on occasion, and they love me!
Ever since hearing of this concept I have looked forward to trying it as chicken salad is one of my favorite dishes/sandwiches. I expected it to be pretty good since this is what they specialize in. Like many chains, you walk to the counter to order and they bring the food to you. I was met by a young lady that seemed to prefer to be elsewhere but took my order with several questions. There are several versions of chicken salad to order, I ordered the Cranberry Kelli with wheat bread which had cranberries and almonds. The sides were somewhat limited and I went with the pasta salad. The food was delivered fairly quickly. The chicken salad did not disappoint but the bread was probably the surprise and highlight, it was very good. The pasta salad was somewhat forgettable and you also get a small icing covered cookie with your order that was pretty good. I was a little surprised as I watched them busing tables, they picked up empty food cartons etc, but never wiped down a table and mine had lots of crumbs left behind to me. The chicken salad was good, the rest of the experience was ehhhh.
Mike Bradbury alone is a reason to come eat here! Never had better customer service experience. Plus this food is amazing. I’ll be coming back many times over.
The menu is fairly simple in that it is your basic chicken salad and from there, different things are added to it. You can even ask for a sample taste!! The place is super clean and the staff is super friendly and the food is super fresh. Definitely worth going to! And if you don't like chicken salad they do have a few other options to choose from.
The sassy Scotty was everything. And the customer service was awesome! Good ingredients and a great atmosphere.
Good was great as always. I love to get the classic carol on croissant. Emily was SO sweet and smiley, happy to be there and her joy was contagious. I have to brag on her! I walked in to her big smile and left with her smiling!
First timer. I wasn't expecting a lot, but wow, I was wrong. I had the Buffalo Barclay and Classic Carol. Both just perfect. Im a big guy, but didn't leave hungry...the potions are just right.
After moving here from Atlanta and familiar with the restaurant, I was like WOW. However, I got 3 different types of chicken salads and ALL of them had so much sodium (salt). Just cut back off the salt content.

The food is good. One of my favorite places to eat with my diet restrictions. They are working on getting more staff.Very busy place. They have take out so helps if time is a factor.
