From the moment you are greeted it is a welcoming atmosphere, clean, fast and friendly service. They have some healthy options and quality food. Princess night is a great night for a date with your daughter or granddaughter!
Born again eater. I’ve been wanting chick fil a on a Sunday for 3 years now. So finally Wanting on a Saturday I took my kids and we shared a spicy chicken sandwich and a 4 pack of strips with 3 waters. The chicken was so good we came back for 2 more spicy sandwiches. Added mayonnaise. It was delish.
They forgot one of our sandwiches on 6/26/2022 (trx# 6066) and I didn't find out until we got home. Their customer service was not very friendly, didn't apologize, and gave stock responses. They offered a refund, and initially offered a free dessert but withdrew that offer for reasons I don't know including claiming to not find us in the app. Also they asked for my credit card number instead of looking it up, so I had to wait until I had time to call back when I had my credit card ready. Their food is good but I found their customer service to be a little fake like their saying of "my pleasure".
My goodness, the drive thru here still sucks. It's been 10-12 years since I came to this location and it's still awful.Plus the chicken is way overpriced. Perhaps to pay for the innumerable workers inside. It used to be so good but other fast food caught up and is lapping CFA now.I've heard rumors that this one is getting a renovation or replacement and goodness gracious, it needs it.
I really love the chicken burger, and the waffle fries are probably the best fries I've had, the shape actually makes it easier to dip in ketchup or ranch for me. Very tasty
The food is really good. Its chick fil a. The line moves fast, which is nice. I used to work here however, and it was not a good place to work. You get paid minimum wage to work outside for hours on end in the blaring summer heat and below freezing temperatures in the winter. I had to wear 6 layers of clothes during the winter to stay warm. They hire high schoolers because they’re too naive to understand that this is not fair treatment. I worked there my sophomore year, and they didn't accept my hour limits, making me work more hours than I could handle with school going on. It was just really exhausting and stressful for the minimum amount of payment possible. It just kind of felt like they were taking advantage of me. No matter how hard we worked or how busy they got, all the money went to management.
Went to the Chick-fil-A on Sunset in Springdale this morning and they messed up my drink. There is another Chick-fil-A on my way to work and I don’t have time to go back to the original one that I ordered from and that messed up my drink. It’s not the first time my drink has been messed up at any Chick-fil-A. So I walk into this store and there are 6 workers standing around staring at me like I’ve grown 4 heads all of a sudden. I tell them what happened and they said they don’t do that which I can understand because it’s not the same owner. Ended up giving me a new drink because I said that I was going to be late to where I needed to be and they did it but with some sort of attitude. Now I know to check my drink each time before I leave which as a customer shouldn’t be the case because I should be able to trust that my order will be made correctly in the first place.
So disappointed. My sister wanted to try this place. Barbecue was so so. We had to send our wings back to be cooked thoroughly. Our fried okra had no taste and was raw on the inside....
I love this Chick-fil-A. The staff is always super friendly and quick with prepping orders. Today, Ethan took our order and he was fantastic and when we got to the window, they had a whiteboard out front where they were playing a Would You Rather game that we participated in while we waited for our food, it was a lot of fun.
As usual, the food tasted great. We had a small problem with our order, it was fixed quickly without any problems. My only suggestion, let people know the size of the specialty drink up front, the size was very small and we were charged almost $3 for it.
