I had 10 meals in one order and from the time I ordered to the time I left was about 5 mins!! I was informed it may be a 20 minute wait, so this was an awesome suprise!! Everyone is always so kind and they always make my day when I stop there! Chick-fil-A on MLK jr in Fayetteville is the best!
Not much to say, other than I absolutely love Chik-fil-A! Usually, I end up getting a Regular Deluxe w/pepper-jack meal with a sweet-tea. Delicious ?
Not gonna lie. I'm from NE Ohio where Chick-fil-A you over pay for mediocre bs at best. I've been in NWA for a little over three years and my wife kept trying to talk me into it. I gave in and le me just say I do not regret it one bit. Best chicken sandwiches I've ever had. I will not go anywhere else for chicken sandwiches. Very fast for the line that was part of what made me skeptical, very friendly, and very patient, from the gentleman that took my order all the way to the window to get my food. They are doing it right.
The staff is always very nice. Consistent quality food. Clean restrooms. Drive thru is always very slow. Just as expensive as going to a "sit down" restaurant.
I don’t know what the hell this place was thinking with Drive Thru Express. The renovations actually made things better and the line wasn’t down all the way past Wendy’s. Now were back, with one restaurant blocking a whole lane of traffic. What the hell??
They closed this location for months to add two lanes so you would think it would be faster than the other location. Wrong! They made one lane mobile orders only so that lane is always 100% empty when I’m here and the drive through lane is backed up in the street to the light. It is much quicker to just drive across town to the other location. Avoid this location!
The new system of mobile orders in outside lane is most ignorant thing I’ve ever seen. Plus this chick fil a pays somebody to stand at the front and MAKE SURE u go to the correct lane. Waste of resources and not best service. I thought when they redid this place last summer would be better. Obviously not. Not coming back to this one.
I haven't visited this location in a while, but I haven't had a bad experience at any location. My mobile app order was prepared for me in less than 5 minutes and I was back out the door. The line is usually long close to the time of morning, especially on game or special events like the Garth Brooks concert this past weekend. They were able to keep traffic flowing with minimal blockages in the near by intersection. I'm constantly have an argument about which place served the best chicken and I always let it be known that you can be #1 in customer service if you serve inferior product.
This is the slowest Chick Fil A EVER. The remodeling did absolutely nothing to help with efficiency and speed of the drive thru. The “express” lane is now slower than the regular drive thru lane. It’s literally faster to go all the way to the college CFA and back than trying to go to this CFA.
The new owners of MLK are amazing! They are everything CFA stands for and treats employees as guests with compassion! So glad this location has new owners. So much better! Food is always fast and accurate! ☺️?
