Echoing others that this place has great-tasting vegetarian food. They are pretty expensive, though -- we ordered a classic sandwich and a Nashville hot sandwich, and those two sandwiches (without any sides or fries or drinks or anything) were $25 before tip.Very good food, but the prices make this place an occasional treat for us.
PHENOMENAL!! I am not vegan but do cook the occasional plant based meal- so take it from someone who enjoys both meat and veggies- Bartleby’s is DELICIOUS!!! I had their Original Fried Seitan sandwich and fries. (Seitan is a plant based meat alternative.) First of all- this sandwich paired with their house sauce is super tasty and filling! Second of all- whatever seasoning they use on their waffle fries is downright addictive. Do yourself a favor and get dinner at this food truck next time you visit Bentonville Brewery! You won’t regret it!!

Hands down best vegan food. Every time we go we are not disappointed. It is not surprising that they got voted best vegan joint in NW Arkansas. The lady that attends us is always smiling at us and recognizes us because we follow them everywhere lol. They never disappoint. 10/10 would seitan again! Give it a try even if your not vegan I'll guarantee you won't be unsatisfied.
My first time to try seitan and it was delicious! The staff was friendly and the food was ready quickly! I’m excited to have another option at bentonville brewing.

Just stumbled upon Bartleby’s seitan food truck tonight at First Friday. Wife and I started following a whole food plant based diet 2 years ago for our health and animal welfare. This is one of the best things we’ve eaten! Loved the nuggets and honey mustard sauce. Hope they can get in Whole Foods stores since we live 5 hours away in Memphis. Highly recommend!
Ordered sandwich & nuggets while they were busy at 1st Thursday, but food was ready quickly, tasted delicious & had great texture. Get all the sauces, they’re wonderful
Hands down the best vegan place in northwest Arkansas. You'll love it even if you aren't vegan--all my nonvegan friends do. Their spicy sloppy slaw is basically the best thing ever, and they nail their fries, nuggets, and sauces, too.
