Refused to serve us even though we showed up an hour before close. We got there an hour before the closed and they said they wouldn’t make pretzels event though it was clear that they could .
Great friendly staff and amazing treats! Definitely recommend this place to anyone with a sweet tooth.
They forgot one of my pretzels so I forgot one of their stars.Other than that the staff was friendly and we had a good time.
I ordered via mobile. Orders were not fulfilled cause online let me order before noon but the store opened at noon. I called and was able to speak with someone when I was at in front of the store for pickup. He explained that they can’t make the order until noon. Unfortunately, I was unable to return at noon so I asked for a refund. This was Friday before 4th of July. I waited a few days after the holiday weekend and decided to call the store on Thursday to follow up. I didn’t get to speak to anyone but was able to leave a voicemail. It’s been over 24 hours and still no response. I just want my refund for my orders since it was not fulfilled and I will not be returning to this location.

The food is great, the lemonade is delicious, and the service was great and fast! They are open until 2 am which is a major plus. It smelled AMAZING and everything looks delicious.
Register wasn’t working so worker had to manually enter the prices. Was charged $7.5 for a pretzel with dipping sauce. When I told her that this was wrong, she insisted that it was correct. The price should have only been $5. I have been a big Auntie Anne’s fan my whole life but was saddened by this poor experience and am not sure if I can return. Bad management at this new location :(
