making people wear masks when they say they can't breathe. and not taking their order. even if there's a mandate which there isn't. rude employees.
Very rude service. We got the window shut in our faces after the guy tried to hand my coffee out of the crack of the window just because we didn’t have a mask on. It’s a drive thru. What a joke. I’ll keep going to 7 brew where I’m treated like a human
Friendly staff and great coffee. I highly recommend the Maple Street coffee. In fact, it was the second one of the day.
I have always enjoyed eating at Arsaga’s until this weekend. In the past I have raved about the food and service. On Saturday at Church and Center, we were in a party of five and the person who ordered first had still not gotten her black coffee even though we all had ours. All we did was politely ask about it. The staff member said thanks for being patient and then as she turned around to her other co-workers and said, “ That’s what I say when someone isn’t being patient.”
The cashier reached over the register and tipped herself 20% for a small cup of coffee that I had to make myself over at the serve-yourself coffee pots. The coffee was good, but the service still leaves a bitter taste in my mouth.
I got the best coffee I have had in forever! I will not forget about this friendly little drive thru!
