Most of the menu items aren't available do to machine failure. Update: came by to see if it was better and was greeted by a poorly dressed female which slammed the window in between interactions and didn't even say thank you... you can do better Arby's
So I just went to the Arbys in Fayetteville on Academy to get one of these burgers that are supposed to be 599 and I get there and I’m told no they’re 620 something so for two hamburgers one for my husband and myself and two fries they wanted 20 something dollars for it and I’m like no it clearly says on the Internet and the guy said you know what I don’t have to talk to you and he walks off to get his manager slams the window in my face so then Manager comes over and I asked her why are the burgers not 599 because that’s what it says online she says yeah you know what I don’t know I asked my boss and they didn’t have an answer either so needless to say we left there and didn’t get to try any of these burgers that everyone is telling me you’re so awesome attitude is everything people you don’t mean or obnoxious to put out good customer service. No hamburgers here today.

Food was good, but the counter lady (white blonde glasses) was so rude. The food was very delicious though my friends.
Food was standard. Service was shaky. Had to remind the order taker to add items to the order. Then had to remind the drive through person to get all the items in the order. They didn't offer any condiments or napkins until prodded. There was no one else in line in back of us, it was not a heavy traffic time.
We had their fish sandwich. It was delicious. It's not preformed, it's a breaded filet of fish. I like that.I also had a Jamocha shake. Yum!

Easy to order, food came out quickly and was fresh/hot. Pleasant server. No complaints.
This particular Arby's always gets our order right and in a timely manner.
