I had stopped eating at Arby's in Fayetteville for a while because the food was not good at all but my husband talked to me into going a while back and it was so good! All the food was fresh and didn't taste like old grease like it used to. We have been several times since and the food has been good but the last time we went the lobby was randomly closed and we were with a group so we had to go somewhere else.
I LOVE Arby's, it's not far n we go often. HOWEVER twice now, TWICE, at the drive thru window I have been ripped off!! Once I thought was maybe a mistake. Months later it happened again! Same employee both times. First time I literally watched him put ALL my change in his pocket. I said, can I get my change please. He proceeded to turn around n take my dollar bill out of his pocket and handed it to me. But kept the actual change part. I was like...ummm ok. I let it go. Second time it was $3 he kept. Our receipt was also torn off right where it shows how much change you are receiving back. My daughter was driving and basically begged not to take me back. COUNT your change! He is very friendly and that's how he throws you off!
Ordered a chicken pecan wrap asked for it to be cut in half. Said they couldn't cut it, but did give me a dull plastic knife.
Very Rude Staff.. Very Slow Service..
This is an unbelievably bad fast food restaurant! The word fast, shouldn’t be there, and I left without my food because they couldn’t manage to get it to me before I had to get back to work. It’s happened here before, unfortunately I forgot how bad this Arby’s really is. 35 minutes should be enough time, especially the way they slap your food together. Exceptionally RUDE STAFF who like to act like they’re doing you a big favor, and yell at you when you ask why it’s taking so long. I’ve never experienced any place this awful before. I will remember the next time, and won’t ever come back.
We always like the classic roast beef with curly fries. The wings looked good.
We tried the new take out Roast beef, brisket and bacon dip sandwich today! Wow is the best word to describe it!!It was nice to go inside as opposed trying to figure out the vast menu at the window. They have a great selection of sandwiches, sides and drinks for everyone’s tastes.I was a live in domestic for a little over ten years and live out for about two years with experience in the kitchen. But Arbys can obviously give me a run for the money where sandwiches are concerned. I’m pleasantly surprised and would like to give a Google review hi to Barbara, the cool lady who waited on us.

Forgotten items bad customer service
Service was horrible! The cashier with red hair couldn't multi task to save her life! I only saw 1 person wearing gloves. I'm type 1 diabetic and waited for longer than 40 minutes!People behind me started leaving. They were more focused on the drive thru than the indoor orderers.
