Best ice cream (custard) on the planet. Better than Ted drewes in StL.
Great treat! Gentleman running things were excellent and timely and my dessert was so good I didn't even get a picture.
Loved the Pecan concrete, it was delicious. I had my dog with me, who is spoiled. The person who took the order offered a pup cup. So nice for him to acknowledge my Furkid. She loved her treat also.
Great Andy's location, and the only one I've seen that offers indoor seating.
Quick, polite, and amazing!! Best custard place in town. Fill the toppings all the way to the bottom of the cup, unlike some aces that don't mix them in very well.
Good food but terrible parking and drive thru system. Not to mention that there’s one specific worker that’s incredibly rude to people and has been seen starting arguments with potential customers
the manager, JJ, is the meanest, rudest, nastiest person i have ever interacted with. as soon as we pulled into the parking lot he looked us up and down and asked if we were coming in for ice cream or just hanging out, we were getting out of our car, obviously getting ice cream. while taking our order he was talking down to us and treating us like we were inconveniencing him by taking too long to order. he handed us our drinks aggressively and did not say anything else.
I ended up getting the Cookie Casanova and I'm pleased with the choice as I got it on the suggestion of the person taking my order. Next time I will choose between the Crumble Mint or Ooey Gooey either by myself or with my kid's. We love this location compared to others outside of the one located in the Pinnacle area.
I came across one of the RUDEST employees ever at this location. I believe he is a manager and I was told by another employee that his name was JJ. He was incredibly disrespectful to my friend and I when we were ordering our ice cream. He spoke down to us, acted like we were stupid, and kept on asking us to repeat ourselves and almost seemed like he wasn’t listening on purpose. Everyone else I’ve met at this store has been amazing, and I was really surprised to have such a negative interaction.
