I don’t know if it’s a zaxbys sauce shortage. for the past year every time we go through there we order fingers and ask for sauce. They forget every time and a lot of the time we are miles away. Come on People get it together!!!!
Very good food, service and cleanliness. There was a wait before I could order though.
Always hot, never stale, fun staff, makes my boyfriend and I laugh every time we go through.
The food is always delicious, but the real stars here are the employees! They are so kind and helpful. We love Zaxby’s!

While I love the food it’s very discouraging that we still can’t go in and enjoy dinning in. Every other restaurant has their lobby open, what’s the hold up with Zaxbys?!?!?!
Love zaxbys ? always fresh food, great sauce, nice staff, clean and has quick service. Never have been disappointed in this place. You can't get enough of their fries though ?? keep up the great work guys!!! ?
Love the chicken fingers and spicey fried mushrooms here. Not a fan of the crinkle cut fries though.
I do love Zaxby's food, the zalads are amazing BUT my order is off a little just a bit too often and I think ALL fast food is getting way overpriced! Good! Our option is to eat at home more often!! Great crew at Zaxbys!
Probably 15 cars lined up in the drive thru and I was still out of there in less than 20 minutes! Very good service!
