Great place to bring a group for drinks and solid food! I wouldn't recommend ordering anything tho never seems to get it quite right solid experience if you are eating in.
Waited nearly 30 minutes for our order after it taking around ten minutes for them to take the order as the cashier seemed distant and confused the whole time. We were doing dine in and it was only me, my wife and our friends ( a married couple) that placed a separate order in the whole place. Our friends received there order within 10 minutes. They were not that busy but service was lacking except on the part of whom I assume was the manager. I will say the food was well prepared even though they seemed to have forgotten we were in store and bagged it as a to go order then dumped it into trays for in store dining. Honestly the only issue is orderliness and keeping track of orders.
Had online order set to be ready at 5:15. Got to the restaurant, and the order hadn't even been made yet! Even worse, I had to wait 30 min for a to-go order that was already supposed to be ready! The staff acted like they didn't even care and had no sense of urgency at all. Totally unacceptable! If this is the kind of service they provide, I will NOT be coming back to this location!
We only order because its the only wingstop that is close. Service is terrible. They never answer and when we ordered today, we waited 40 mins and they were still short 8 wings. That's about $10 worth.
By far the worst wingstop you will ever go to. They messed up my order 3 times in a row. First I ordered a 10 piece but they only gave me 8 then when I got my free meal the next day wings were cold and fries were half cooked. Then yesterday I get well done fries and they were still were not done. Got some more and then they were not well done and with no seasoning. On top of that my wings were not done. The managers are rude and does not want to fix the problem they created. Don’ t go to this wingstop, save your money.
Ordered to go. Didn’t receive all of my food called said I would get refund. Never got my refund. Bunch of POS thief’s.
If you want under done fries, be sure to check the box on the online order for extra crispy. If you want no seasoning on your fries, also just select extra seasoning. If you want to be ignored and have to greet yourself when you walk in, you have found the place. Love Wingstop wings and fries, but this particular location, in the last couple years, has been super inconsistent on several occasions.
This is about the manager who just honestly had a bad attitude. Was door dashing and I got an order to wing stop. I walked in the minute it said it was ready and the manager said “you know we close after 12, so you need to be here before the next time.” I said okay and went on my way. But just FYI- on your doordash tablet you can set the time it needs to be picked up. I just thought this was so rude and unnecessary.
Amazing wings, fries made fresh to order. Ranch is really good as well. Got the Cajun, perfect kind of heat to flavor.
WOULDN’T RECOMMEND! NEVER RECEIVED MY FOOD OR A REFUND AFTER BEING TREATED POORLY BY 2 OF THE 3 BLACK MEN WORKING THE SHIFT!!! Waited over an hour on the food I never received because they were too busy in the lobby watching a basketball game to even realize they had orders! Ordered my food at 10:13 and left the establishment at 11:21 with NOTHING!! This is what happens when you have ONLY young BLACK men that don’t give a d*mn working the same shift. Sorry Not Sorry ??♀️ shut the whole restaurant down at this point
