Would have put zero stars but it's not a option. This place is slower then any place I've ever been to eat. There's absolutely no one inside eating and apparently no one taking orders at the drive thru either. We've been waiting for 20 mins and the line hasn't moved at all. There's not even anyone at the window getting their order!!! Do not waste your time going to this place!!!
Always, Always, always!! Amazing Customer Service. They keep their drive thur moving and its what I love most because fast food is just that. Fast.
Love Wendy's especially the Dave's double and a junior bacon cheeseburger love those sandwiches
STOP - DON’T GO HERE. Kaitlyn was the cashier and she was struggling. For starters my son told her he had a nut allergy. She then announced it to the whole restaurant and kitchen staff. The manager comes over and says we have to read the ingredient info on the wall. We already knew that, but she raised her voice at us. My son always lets people know up front. Fortunately, he could tell that the restaurant staff was struggling with themselves.The restaurant was not overly busy, but you’d think it was packed by their response and how nervous they acted.The one gentleman we saw who was preparing all the food was the only one who seemed with it and he did the entire order correctly.Now the kitchen floor visible to all us guests was disgusting. Take a look at the pictures.I’d stay away!
Absolute trash service. I wish I could give negative stars. That’s how bad they are do not waste your time just drive to any other Wendy’s. Seriously I have been in line for 35 minute and my food was still wrong. If you value your time and enjoy warm food then please do not go to this location. Everybody on here should be replaced. Actually the managers above all are trash at their job. Don’t expect an increase in pay when your service is this trash!
Had a quick dinner there tonight with my family. It took over 10 minutes to get our food for four people and once we did the hamburgers were cold, cheese was cold and obviously not melted, lettuce was brown, none of our orders were correct, the bread was stale and one frosty was completely melted. On top of that the employee that took our order was extremely rude and childish which is why we didn’t even bother to let them know they suck at their job. They didn’t care. I will never go back there, not that they care.
I hate writing this review here it is 6/2/22 and I have waited in line for 10 minutes just to say my order when I finally get to place my order the lady taking my order can’t hear me because of the workers in the background laughing and giggling and over talking the drive through I normally come here daily in the mornings and sometimes at noon and have never had to wait this long.
Every time without a doubt at this Wendy’s specifically there is something messed up or missing, I get that it happens sometimes but today I ordered a Dave’s double and took a bite of a baconator
I hate no I dislike the people in this Wendy's they are rude, lazy, and self righteous. The manager is amazing but has to work to hard because of employees.
