The food and smoothies are great.
I ordered a chicken pesto flatbread with extra mozzarella, pesto, and tomatoes, with a bahama mama smoothie. It’s my favorite meal! I received a flatbread sandwich that seems to be slightly warm with barely any mozzarella, barely any pesto, absolutely NO chicken, then loaded with parmesan cheese!! That is not what a tropical smoothie chicken flatbread is!! I’ve never been so disappointed. Not only did I wait in the drive through for 20 minutes but my sandwich was all wrong and my smoothie was flavorless!
Good food. Rude service. I felt like a criminal for just asking to order. The girl literally snarled at me! I've never been more uncomfortable.

Customer service poor. Employees conversing with each other instead of acknowledging customers at the register ready to order. No greeting and conversation not work related. Left without ordering because I needed to get back to work. Which makes me sad because I love Tropical Smoothie!

Okay so if you're just dying to have a smoothie and you're not at my house I guess this is a good alternative however I would rather have one of my smoothies any day of the week over any other smoothie, I do make the best smoothies and all of my kids agree. Lol
