I've only ever been to the Dave Ward location, but they've always been so sweet, helpful, and patient! The coffee is smooth and delicious, no matter what you get.
This company is terrible, management mistreats employees on a regular basis. The owner is not present and relies on inexperienced people to fail at running his business and uses his religion to justify maltreatment. Over 10+ employees have quit due to terrible company culture that owner claims to remedy but in reality does not and will not. Speed, charity, service is a joke if not an outright lie to employees and customers. Multiple businesses in the Conway area refuse to cooperate with this awful business due to first hand knowledge of terrible practices. DO NOT GO HERE FOR OVERPRICED MEDIOCRE COFFEE.

Delicious seasonal drinks. Big points for employees willing to check for my allergens in the ingredients used. Pricey, but they give back to charities as well.
Love these guys! Great tasting coffee and tea. Wide variety of non-dairy milk options. They are always very friendly and speedy. I love to support local businesses, especially those with great customer service like THINK.
I would consider this place the local version of Starbucks. Their drinks are still syrupy and overly sweet. Although, I cannot argue that sometimes they taste good which is why this place is getting 3 stars. They also offer a “half sweet” option to any drink but I don’t think it taste that great. The biggest issue I have with this place is the inconsistency. I order the same drink every time and it always tastes different. I’ve also heard some of my friends say the same thing. BUT, if I had to choose between Starbucks and this place…I would choose this place over and over again. Please support local businesses over Starbucks. Although this isn’t my favorite coffee shop in Conway, it may be yours. Especially if you like Starbucks coffee, give this place a try. If you like a more sophisticated coffee with higher quality ingredients that won’t make you feel gross, check out Round Mountain Coffee.
Absolute favorite coffee shop. They have great coffee and they support children/families with special needs.
It is such a awesome vibe going there. The manager and staff are very gracious and kind.
Once again my grandson introduced me to T.H.I.N.K. Coffee. It was very good and would go back when I'm in town. One problem was the sitting, it was full and not very large. They do have chairs out side.
