I absolutely love this place and the people. The owner is one of the kindest souls I have met since moving back from Fayetteville. As a former barista in NWA, I can tell you the coffee that THINK has to offer is one of the best. From the drink choices all the way to the flavor of the coffee itself, it's a must try. Whenever your around their locations it's a must try. Thank me later ? you will not be disappointed.
THINK is the best around but I have to say that the Greenbrier is hands down the best! Always great service and I’ve never had a poorly made beverage. Loved the personal touch I got today. 5 stars across the board!
Hands down the best coffee in town. Shop local! Thay have a good amount of sugar free options. I wish they were open at 5am though. They also donate a portion of proceeds to charity. Staff is friendly.

I've only ever been to the Dave Ward location, but they've always been so sweet, helpful, and patient! The coffee is smooth and delicious, no matter what you get.

Before I started working at Think Coffee, I had found out about this company through my roomate back in the beginning of 2020. I wasnt the type of person to go and spend money on a coffee but because of various reasons, the main one being that they worked with charities and organizations who are dedicated to supporting people with special circumstances and needs, i didnt mind swiping my card there! It wasnt until August of 2020 that i began working at Think. I got to sit down with one of the owners (John Keith) personally and talk about our shared opinions on the importance of supporting local and producing product with a purpose. At this point on i realized I wouldnt just be working a fun coffee job, id be a part of this bigger plan to bring awareness to organizations and giving back to people who make up our community. John, Jo and the rather small staff we had at the time welcomed me in when i didnt feel like i really had a place to feel at home in. I have worked for this company since then and have been shown grace, respect, love, and everything in between. I have never worked under a boss like John and it was kind of a shock to be met with understanding and openness when i had any type of concern regarding anything going on. Its hard to find a job with great management in this day and age, so the relief I felt coming into this non toxic work setting was very comforting. the friendships ive made because of think will last a lifetime<3I love working here and love getting to know our guests on personal levels and seeing the impact that a simple coffee can make on not only their day, but mine. My novella is over lol, but I cant wait to see the big things Think will continue to do and will always support this company!
As an employee/manager at THINK I’ve had amazing experiences with my boss John Keith and other managers within our shops & I’m very grateful for it. We all lead with grace within our shops, as well as John. Our ears are always open to our employees and the guest. There have been plenty of times we’ve been short staffed and John has stepped in to take our orders and talk to guest. It sounds very simple but is very much helpful and appreciated on the job. He visits our Hark location every morning to check in on his workers and get his black coffee. John is very much involved with his business and cares for all his employees. We care about our employees and making sure our guest have great experiences. If we see employees make a damper on our service or negative impact in the shop, we move it out in the correct standards. Major shoutout to everyone in this company who works their hardest for our mission, your managers appreciate you. Thank you to the public for always supporting us! I love my job very much and our owner, see y’all at the window!
hi! Current employee of t.h.i.n.k coffee here! I absolutely love my job, I love the people that i work with, I love my regular customers that I get to see and connect with almost daily, and I love John Keith for being the kind person that he is and always taking the time to listen. I’ve worked here about 6 months now and I’d love to note that ANY time something has come up that I needed to talk to the owner about, no matter if it was a problem specifically in the shop, something going on outside of work, etc. he gave his undivided attention and listened to me. As far as how I personally am treated as an employee of this business, I would never ever use the word mistreated. It’s so sad to me to see people use such words to describe a place that means so much to me and that I have firsthand seen these people be taken care of and loved by other coworkers and ownership of this company. All this being said, I love my job, i love the people of Conway that I get to connect with and serve each day, I love my coworkers (besties), and that’s that! THINK is an amazing company that gives back and serves delish coffee and drinks! The baristas always bring a smile to my face and make my day better. I have friends who work here and love their jobs, the environment, and support. Definitely recommend checking them out!! Try an iced vanilla, cinnamon, oat milk latte!
