We had placed an order for 2 sub trays for after services (funeral gathering). We were overwhelmed with gratefulness on attendance (at the service). We knew immediately that 2 may not be enough after we arrived at subway. My husband asked, would it be to much to ask for another tray to be made on such notice. The girls were totally fine with it & so helpful. They teamed up and had us another tray to go asap. Thank you so much Hailey & Jennifer. Y'all are awesome!!
Why is this going on and they don’t close down.The outside speaker is broke, you have to bang on the window for service.When you bang on it all the teenagers run to the back.The Icecream is very old and ruined!The crackers are very old and stale.The soup taste old , like sitting there for days!The food sandwiches are not fresh, the vegetables look like they have never been changed out.The yogurt machines are broke.The service is so very bad!Shame on Subway letting this place stay open!
Every time I ask for something with egg on it, they say they're out of egg. Has happened 5 or 6 times now. I'm starting to think they just don't want to cook some eggs to make the sandwich.Update: continuing to have problems with this place. Ordered a meatball sub online. I get to the restaurant and they tell me they don't have any meatballs. The guy working didn't know how to refund online orders, so he says he'll write my name down and to come back the next day to get my order. I come back the next day, he didn't write my name down, and they also forgot to take meatballs out of the freezer to thaw. It seems most of the workers here are lacking training.
i hadn’t been to this subway in a long a time, the last time they kept my change and i didn’t do anything but it’s been a minute and i try it again and sure enough they did a switch a rue thinking i wouldn’t realize she kept 10 dollars from me and didn’t even give me what i asked for. pathetic asl.
This place is horrible! Service was awful, two teenagers running the place neither of Wich had proper training and they were very disrespectful and they overcharged I won't be going back.
Two cars in front of me waited 45mins and decided to go in to order Because it was taking too long I getting sad instead of helping me they would rather make online orders and neglect the people in front of them
I've given the Dave Ward Dr. Subway shop multiple chances over the years. Every single order I've had has been wrong. How hard is it to make a sandwich?! If you can't remember, write it down!To top it off, I waited almost 15 min at the window with no one else in line, no one inside the shop, while the staff joked and messed about.I'm done with this Subway. I'll go to one of the other three in town.
Extremely unprofessional. Went in today (03/14/2021) and the staff was talking as if they didn't have guests in the restaurant. The one girl who let's her love handles hang out and has a unibrow made fun of a coustomer after he left. Not to mention yelled past me AT A coustomer as she was serving me.
I tried the multigrain flatbread for the first time and I don't care for it. It's too thin. It seems to get soggy. And that was with no sauce on my sandwich. I much prefer the white flatbread they used to have. They also were out of iceburg lettuce today for their sandwiches.
Today we went to Subway and our sandwich was wrong but that's not even the bad part about it. We actually love going to the subway and today Ashton was on point. The staff still got our sandwich wrong and Ashton made it her mission to make sure it was right. She personally went back and made the sandwich herself. This was awesome customer service and we would like to thank her personally. Would also like to say she should be running this store if she's not in a manager position she should be. She was so nice. Give that girl a raise!!!
