They were closed at 9:20 on a Friday night when it says on the door that they're open until 10:00.
This is my favorite Subway in town! The staff is always friendly, and they make great sandwiches everytime.
These kids need an adult here with them. The place is dirty, you have to tell them 5 times what you want on a sandwich and they will change you for a foot long when you get a 6in sub
The workers here are beyond rude & they lock the door whenever they don’t feel like working & watch you from the inside. Useless kids.

They open at 9am but when ordering 2 diff sandwiches, am told they don't start getting ready untill after 10:30-11am. Why open at 9? When asked the Manger the young man simply says because. When I asked for a corporate number tells me to try looking it up. I will not be using it again. I'll stick with the greenbrier and amity rd subways for now on.
As pathetic as they come is the district manager and the general manager. They take their positions to their heads because technically they are highschool graduates with no real education who started as a sandwich artist and now their arrogance is beyond acceptable, and they really both look like and carry on like a Karen. One employee on day shift looks like she's a 40 plus year old dope smoker, and some of the staff will literally put mushy cucumbers and tomatoes on your sandwich and you will have to ask them to remove it as if they don't know better than to give someone else what they would be unwilling to eat them selves. It's literally a S#!+ $#0w. If there was a rating for a negative one star ⭐ then that is the rating they would recieve.. the trash won't take it self out, some one please bring some spray some Lysol and a trash bag because the stench from their Ego's is foul.
They need to charge you the correct amount for what you order. I was over charged here.
Love the food. I usually get the exact same thing every time I go, but every time I pay it's always more than it cost last time. They keep raising prices. All my years of subway and I never seen them put the meat on a scale. Not only are they raising prices but they ensure that we get the minimum amount possible. Stingy and probably won't go back. Firehouse or Jersey Mike's might treat customers better
This is supposed to be the place where you can put anything you want on your sandwich. We go to Subway ALL THE TIME and ALWAYS order the same combination. This place just decided that they “couldn’t put that kind of meat combination on the wrap”. We told them that we go to Subways everywhere and always order our wrap like this, but they wanted to start laughing at us and act like we were being ridiculous. Maybe it was because we weren’t White, or maybe they were just lazy or didn’t even know how to ring up a multiple meat wrap, who knows. But what I do know is that I will never go back there. Everyone else who were with us even said that was the dumbest thing that they’d witness. Like ITS SUBWAY and you’re going to try to tell us we can’t pick and choose what we want to put on our wraps? L O L it was just absurd.
