The desert menu brings me back each time, the service could stand to be a little faster so not much of a complaint the chili cheese menu is heavenly and the cold drinks will sing in the summer heat!
Literal worst experience ever ordering fast food. Was asked to move to three different booths just to order my food. After all that it took 18 minutes just to get my food, only to find out they couldn’t break a hundred on a $55 order. I literally had to tip the waiter over $10 just to get my food and change. I was there for almost 40 minutes!!???
Fairly quick service. They forgot one of our drinks and made a second trip but shorted us straws. Said they'd bring them back out but after 11 minutes we just left.
I noticed that my drink order doesn't have as much flavor at this location compared to others. But the food quality is the same as others and the service is good
I got a cold brew coffee which I usually love but it tasted like some kind of chemical was in it.. not good!
Waited 12 minutes to order at one Sonic, have been 14 waiting to order now and still nothing. What is going on with Sonic?? All I want is a drink lol
The service at the Sonic on Prince St. has been utter trash over the last few months. I keep giving it a shot because it’s close to home but half the time I give up and go somewhere else because it’s so slow.
The service is just way too slow. Sometimes you wait 20-25 minutes only to leave and go to McDonald’s because no one ever answers the call button. Happens routinely not just a one off. Even when there are only a few cars there. Seems deliberate.
Rude staff. Gets the order wrong every time and leaves food cold that is supposed to be "fresh". I've worked in this chain before and sitting on the patio should not be a foreign concept. Staff laughs at customers.
Ridiculous, I only went because of the half off ad for the new bacon cheeseburger that popped up on my phone. I requested no onions, add jalapeño. Received my burger, there were no jalapeños. Annoyed, i try calling them 2 times with no answer and decided that I would push the button since we hadn't left the lot yet and requested to speak with the manager on duty, she comes to the car and I tell her that my burger was wrong and that instead of onions, i want jalapeño added. She says okay it'll be right out. Again no jalapeños were on my burger. I'm sorry but that was ridiculous to get my order wrong not only 1 time but got it wrong 2 times in the same 30 minutes is ridiculous!
