I took a large group to this place and they got all of our orders correct and timely. There was a woman that was particularly helpful and patient with my whole group, but the entire staff had a great attitude and continually asked how they could help us. Bonus: the food was hot. 10/10
I got to this sonic before 11 pm. I hit button to order and sit there until 11:04 pm with no response from them. They did this to two other people. If you have people here before you close you should wait on them instead of not answering at all!!! What happened to customer service!?! Guess I won't come to this location again.
I got a crispy chicken sandwich, the chicken was drier than a dehydrated lizard in the summer who hasnt seen moisture.. I couldn't chew the chicken at all and ended up eating the bread..
Sat here for over 30 minutes when Sonic was supposed to be open and other people were also waiting. Went to multiple red buttons and no one answered so we got out of the car and went to the front just for them to answer the THIRD red button and say they were closed. Could have said that 30 minutes and two red buttons ago
They had outside tables, or you could stay in your vehicle, either way you get to feel the fresh air while you eat.
This has got to be the worst Sonic in town. Went there 40 minutes before they closed for the night. We where hoping to get some food after several hours spent at the emergency room.We didn't get food. We barely got someone to talk to us. It took pressing the order button three times over the course of 10 minutes to even get someone to answer us. Pretty sure they picked up the first two times and hung up because the button stopped flashing but we never had anyone talk to us.Want to know what the worker said when we finally got someone to talk to us? He told us that their kitchen was closed for the night. It was 10:31. They still had 30 minutes before they closed and at least four other cars there waiting, and they had closed their kitchen.Got told we could only get drinks or slushies. So we can't even get my wife ice cream to feel better.And the worst part is that even if they're following company protocol and closing the kitchen when they're supposed to, which I doubt, we arrived before 10:30. They didn't answer us until after 10:30. We were intentionally left waiting until they could tell us that we couldn't order food.And I swear that not a single one of the cars that had arrived before us had gotten food and were still just waiting. Not sure if they got to order food or not, but I feel sorry for any of the other customers who had already paid.Don't bother with this Sonic. If you're out late just find somewhere else to eat if you don't want to waste your time and leave frustrated.
Annoyed that I can’t give less than 1 star. We got here at 10:25pm, and they proceeded to ignore our button presses. We had to press the button 3+ times just to get them to answer, and by then it was 10:32pm and they responded that their kitchen was closed for the night. (Please keep in mind that they don’t close until 11pm.) Normally I don’t care enough to write reviews, and I could understand their response if we had shown up with only 10-15 minutes left in their shift, but a whole 30 minutes seems extremely excessive. Why bother staying “open until 11pm” if you aren’t actually going to be open until 11pm.
I get about a mile up the road and noticed my cup holders are filled with soda there was a small leak in the very bottom of the cup so I go back to Sonic to ask them for a another cup and to tell them about the mess they caused. I paid $4.10 cash for the ONE drink. THEY CAME OUT AND HANDED ME ANOTHER CUP. Didn't offer to replace. I was not happy. On the way to work I had to go to vacuum out my truck. Smh
slushie was a perfect after softball treat. Food is ok, but not bad for fat food. Use the app to order to get your food faster!
Order chili cheese tots with onions. What we got was onions with only a couple tots. The onions were so strong the burned your eyes. We could only eat 1 bite and still got sick. Worst experience.
