Slim chickens has the best chicken strips of any "fast food" place in my opinion. I absolutely love love their SLIM SAUCE too! Staff is friendly 99% of the time but it isn't Chick-fil-A friendly (that's a good thing). I am a lifetime customer as long as things don't change. I've been going since they opened up in Fayetteville while I was at college there. Fun fact: my World Series champion cousin, Drew Smyly (Braves 2021), worked at the first Slims location on College in Fayetteville when he first started pitching at Arkansas. Woo Pig Sooie!
This location has a known problem for closing earlier than they should. Other than that food quality is an A plus in my book. Staff is of course always changing but have always been nice.
So me and my family generally likes Slims Chicken we alert here a lot, so went went through one day and I swear the chicken was old or they used old grease to cook it because it smelt and tasted like trash, so I told them not expecting a meal but to change there grease or somthing and the manager told me she was sorry and wrote my name down so I can get a new meal for compensation for the food being bad, but I go to get the food and a different manager much bigger guy told us sorry but u can call corporate wich isn't a problem but as a bussiness you don't tell people somthing and then sombody else says somthing else. So honestly the owner or the franchise should step in at this location very terriable management here
Took my 8 year old granddaughter there for lunch and she wanted to eat on the patio. We sat down, she looked up and started crying! I looked and they have a net all the way across top under the rafters stapled to the sides full of dead birds and some still alive flying around trying to get out. It broke her heart! Needless to say, we won't be back!!!That's very cruel people!!!
Last night my wife, daughter and I stopped in for a late dinner close to closing. While cleaning up foyer one of the ladies got my daughter ice cream and brought it to her. I was blown away how sweet this was and would like to say that the lady and cashier made me glad we go there often. Oh and the food was great as always.
Just ordered lunch at this location and had a bit of a wait, but Logan was running the show at the front register. He was working so hard to get everyone their orders in a timely fashion. He deserves all the praise from his superiors.
My pregnant daughter was craving fried pickled and ice cream.. Her toddler son got a kids meal with chicken. I got a diet dr. Pepper.. We went through the drive thru window.
I have given this place two tries and both times have been a complete let down. Last Friday I went around lunch time and I ordered my food, received my number to have my order brought to my table, my friend that was with me received her order, after 25 minutes of waiting for mine, I went in and the employees had no idea what was going on, there was another girl that had never received her orders either. I was thinking it was because they were really busy during lunch. So today I tried them again and there was no business, I placed a curbside order, I checked in and waited and waited. Instead of the employees bringing my order out, they were too busy talking, one employee was outside hanging all over someone, when i went in the employees were rude whenever I said i had been waiting outside forever for my curbside order. I will not be back.
Consistently good food, consistently terrible service, some of the worst in Conway. They mess my meal up every time I come here, and they are so slow, that it’s impossible to get them to fix it unless you want to spend another 15 minutes waiting.
The food was excellent and the service was good too. My only complaint was the chairs were very uncomfortable no cushion on them
