The staff was terrific and attentive. Everyone took care of me even if they weren't my server; the burgers were decent, and so were the drinks. This location has been fabulous, including my fantastic server with Red "Robin" hair.My only complaint is that since I was a little kid around 2008, Red Robin has done the opposite of diversifying their menu and removed many items from it. Including a blue cheese burger with crispy onion strings. Now the only burger has caramelized onions and mushrooms. The caramelized one did not have mushrooms before, adding a weird texture to the burger. It might have helped if the mushrooms were lightly sautéed and turned golden brown or fried to help dissolve that spongy texture with soft onions, meaty beef, and a bun. The bun was soft on the outside, toasted and warmed on the inside, and mushrooms did not belong. There isn't a definitive kids menu, and the entirety of the menu itself seems one-dimensional. The appetizers aren't appealing and sort of blended together; nothing really stood out.
First visit ever to a Red Robin for me and my 14 yr old son. Good food, nice atmosphere, good service. Very competent and friendly server. Food was good, our only complaint was that the garlic fries needed more garlic flavor. But we enjoyed every thing that we tried. Definitely will go back again.
Came in around 11:30. Left at 11:45. Left because we never had anyone come to our table after they seated us. Maybe the food is good, but I don't know cause we will not be back.
Burgers and fries were good. No complaints. Our server was Chris and he was excellent, Actually he was more of what you would expect to find in a fine dining establishment. The only thing that surprised us was that they were not busy and there were multiple dirty tables and nobody appeared to be bussing them. Other than that we would have given 5 Stars!
Took my parents for a late lunch/early dinner. My Mom is in a wheelchair and the staff was very accommodating. The food was hot and very tasty. Had a great experience and will be back.
The burger was good, the service was excellent. The broccoli was not the best. Maybe a little pricey for lunch.All together, it was a success. Also, very clean. Will come back.
I need to start going to Red Robin more often! I forgot how good the food is! We ordered the onion ring tower was an appetizer and they were so so good! Their burgers and fries are also very tasteful and full of flavor! We also got a pineapple upside down milkshake to go and OMG it was so good I can’t wait to go back and order one of those again. Our server was Jared he was great and was very attentive and made sure we left happy customers! And we sure did leave happy customers- I’ll be back soon!
So a fun environment!!! Amazing food. Good bartenders and a manager that doesn’t mind helping his staff. ? love seeing that! Thanks for a great time and amazing food while watching the Razorback game!
everything was so good and delicious. great service from the time we walked in the door.
It was ok. I had the scorpion burger with the garlic fries. I expected a lil bit more heat but it wasn't there. Service was great. The floor was a lil messy but I imagine they must've just had a rush.
