Never smiling always like they are mad at you for pulling into their driveway. The food was awesome.
We didn’t even finish ordering our food and the cashier already had an attitude. Every single time I come to this location there is always someone at the window with an attitude. I like the food but the service isn’t great at all. There has only been one person at the window that’s been nice. Like I said the food is good but it isn’t good enough to get talked to like that.
Sometimes this place is really good, but most of the time it's the grossest, most raunched up restaurant you'll ever go to. They better get RALLIED up before the health department RALLYS in
I had the loaded fries the regular size. It's quite filling. Rally's has always been one of my favorites!
Love Rally's! I used to live in NLR and moved to Conway recently and compared to the Rally's I used to go to in NLR this Conway location is so much better. Customer service is good employees are very nice. The elderly man that was working as a cashier today (05/23/2022 11pm) was getting orders and making it at the same time. He was very sweet. I really wanted to tip him but unfortunately i didn't have a cash on me during my visit. Will make sure to tip him next time if he is there!
The food has always been great. Visited there today and the woman working in the drive thru was very rude and short and also wearing fingernails that looked like they didn't need to be worn working in food service job. Very rude and short and not good customer service at all
Tod and I came through with our two youngest for a quick dinner after visiting the nearby PrimeCare clinic. Ordered two (2) Chicken & Fries boxes, two (2) single patty cheeseburgers w/ketchup only and a large Mr. Pibb. Total was nearly $17.00????Regardless of the price increases across the menu board, (which we understand isn’t set by night shift employees!) we were greeted and had our order taken by friendly and courteous people who were both kind and respectful! Would recommend this Rally’s location!
My last two visits were horrible! They got my order wrong both times. Gave me chicken instead of fish. I'm guessing because they were too lazy to drop more. Left the tomato onion and pickle on the sandwich we ask them to be taken off of... And then didn't put lettuce on any of them and they were supposed to have it. Then they took forever to do that. Fries were old and cold. They were out of many items, and mid day said they were sold out of the brownie cookies. It'll be a cold day in hell before I spend anymore money there.
I gave 4 stars because of the healthiness.. as most fastfood restaurants, artery clogging but as for the taste.. Hardee's fries are so very good if hot and fresh. Enjoy for an occasional treat.
0 stars if I could.... just... it's sad because you guys uses to be so good... new management needed... this place went downhill fast. Every single time I try to give you guys another chance I get old soggy food time after time again, that's a complete mess. Almost like slop in a wrapper. I refuse to come back.
