The girl that took my order took it with No please or thank you. The girl that handed me my order did not say a word to me and barely made eye contact. If the fast food industry doesn't think it matters to have common courtesy they're wrong it does!
Dining room was dirty at 4:30 pm. Asked them to wipe down a table for us. That didn't happen. Used a napkin to wipe crumbs off and used our trays to eat off of. Food was terrible. Chicken on sandwich was soggy. Chicken tenders were tough and breading hard to chew. Staff was rude. I was terribly disappointed!!!
I love Popeye's food, but this location is almost always slow and usually gets some part of my order wrong. Luckily, there's no side I don't like, but getting red beans and rice when you say Mashed Potatoes is a pretty big mix up. Stuff like that happens a lot here for some reason.
I am from out of town where there are not more than a couple Popeyes in the area. The drive thru screen was out of order, the staff were short and rude, the chicken wasn't fully cooked (rubbery). Worst popeyes experience i have ever had and I always stop when traveling through different states. Red beans and rice was old. Staff need some customer service training. Thank you
Lobby closed and wait time in drive thru took way to long. Served spoiled cole slaw in our family meal. Called to report and the person on the phone said they have been out of slaw! So how did this slaw go out if they didn’t have slaw? ?♀️Never will we go back?
This location is one of my favorites! I drove past another on the other side of town to go here. Almost burned my fingers on the hot spicy chicken! This place has never disappointed me. Great friendly staff too!
I eat Popeyes regularly but this is by far the best cooking I've had to date. It was fresh and the chicken wasn't rubbery! The Mac n Cheese wasn't burnt and the biscuits were fresh too?
Always very busy because this staff can push out good food at good speeds. It's worth waiting, but wish they had more employees to make service faster, but not complaining. They do good.
Worst crew in the fast food game. Slow, rude, missing: sauce straws napkins applesauce mac and chz drinks with no ice. Save yourself the time and money, go to chickfila where everything is perfect 99% of the time
The chicken was good but the Mac and cheese was not even half full and burnt!
