I’ve eaten here for years. Sometimes weekly or even twice a week. It’s always perfect!!
Tried to order on the app that didn't work went to location still no service calle store to get District Manager number or owners number but got a lady named Lunda that stated she handles guest complaints I stated I ran restaurants for 25 years that there is always a number above them but she refused to give me the number. Wow because the last couple of times I've tried to order from this place orphan displays the pieces you've either been burnt or the customer service was not up to par I tried to give it another chance this is what I got this is why this location is going down And if you're an owner that actually cares about your bottom line the guess and the product that you're delivering this should be a major problem this is not acceptable I recommend everybody go to Papa John's Larrys pizza or somebody else even by frozen pizza before you go before I had to go through
Everytime I get pizza from here, whether it be carryout or delivery, it's always hot and delicious!
This location is very convenient. Pizza is always hot and never lacking on the toppings
I am so happy Pizza Hut delivers out to Sunny Gap!!! They have great food. Great deals, and fast delivery. We ordered 3 times from them so far and will continue. Their family deals are amazing, a lot of food for a good price. Even when we ordered at 10pm their service and food was amazing...thank you for that!
Good! to Great!! The quality varies a little bit, just a little, but the pizza is sometimes the best I ever tasted. They stopped giving cheese and peppers and plates and napkins. You can buy the condiments for about $1 each. If you like extra sauce, they usually will add it until you're in pizza heaven. I do pick up, delivery is too uncertain. Best pizza in NWA.
I don't buy pizza often but when I do, it is from this store. never had any problem, and tipped the delivery people well. All of that stopped this morning when I learned they have some new reading material for pubescents. I just want pizza. If I want diversity, I'll go to a protest in Little Rock.
They added meat that I didn’t ask for. I told them to just put bacon on one side of my pizza and instead it was all over. I had pepperoni on off pepperoni so my whole pizza was full of pepperoni and I didn’t ask for extra. I live right around the corner and my pizza wasn’t hot it was warm.
Went to order online for my lunch…. Forgot to set a pick up time so as soon as I hit order I called the store to ask them to wait to put it in closer to twelve. The guy I talked to said he couldn’t do it cause it was an online order. I said it’s easy just don’t put it in till closer to 12… so he got the manager she then told me the same thing and the only thing she could do was cancel my order! I’m confused cause last week when I ordered from the location of club lane they was nice friendly, understanding, and accommodating. Club lane is out of my way or I’d make this location my new place to order all my pizzas from. Club lane 5 star rating…. Oak street negative five starts. 70% of the time their pizzas are either burnt or left in the hot box for far too long!
When food was ready we did not get a call on the phone ,which is why they take your number, it was starting to get cold ❄️ when we decided to check. ✔️ we were sitting in front of this place of business not good the food was good tho.
