Two stars, I had asked for two egg rolls three times. Once after the gentlemen grabbed my orange chicken, twice to ensure he wouldn't forget it since he walked straight to the register & a third time at the register since he started to ring up my purchase. I'm pretty confident I didn't speak soft or low since he was able to hear me say "Fried rice with Orange Chicken". Two stars since I didn't receive my Two Egg Rolls.
I was there tonight around 7pm. The young lady taking my order was rude and didnt allow me to complete my order. She kept telling me to pull around to the window. When I got to the window I tried to order sides but again the young lady just wanted to get me out of there. She shoved 5 meals into 1 bag and slung it out of the window. When I got home, our meals were dry because the juice was in the bottom of the bag. The rice was barely fried, the super greens were not cooked, and my Kung Pau Chicken was tasteless. Very bad experience. Very disappointed. I have never had such a bad experience there.
This was just okay. Definitely not too fond of the selection being low, lukewarm looking at best, and the staff being reluctant to placing new stuff in the places just to fill the area, although it was right at lunch peak time.
My recent visit was a good one. I like the menu options and I appreciate the offered portions...I got a bowl which is one main item and a side, Orange chicken w the mein for me. There are smaller portions like the 1 I mentioned earlier and larger portions so u can mix n match, offering family size meals as well.
Overall amazing food, that’s literally the only good thing about this place. Customer service is horrible!! Plus a stupid idea of constantly keeping the lobby closed on random days for no reason, once we showed up an hour before close to order and they said they only had limited stuff. I asked them if they could make more walnut shrimp or teriyaki chicken and they said no because it’s too close to closing.. but still an hour left?? Their lazy, rude, and just worst people to deal with!
The employee named Lee was probably one of the worst employees I've ever encountered at a fast food place. 1.) he wasn't paying attention when we were telling him our order, he kept talking to the other employees. While the other employees were working hard especially the guy working the drive thru. 2.) I asked if they were making more fried rice (which they were) and he said no they weren't and we told him several times we wanted fried rice and he still ended up putting noodles in the order (he did it fix though) but when he went to give the fried rice he broke down the box with an attitude and got a new box. He could of just used the same one. 3.) And It was obvious he was talking about us to his friend through the headset. And 4.) We asked for double Orange Chicken he shortened both portions. I would know because I used to work at Panda Express myself. And also the area where they serve the food was a horrible mess they had food everywhere.
Have ordered from here several times, the food is fresh, and good, the service has always been pleasant, I will keep coming here. Have not had a bad experience.
Got the large plate. For one of my meats was the Walnut shrimp, she counted the pieces. I got 6 pieces. Orange chicken is ok. Teriyaki chicken was also ok. The noodles were kinda hard, and cold. They also gave me a small portion of the noodles. They could have done a better job!
I've been a huge fan of Panda Express for years, but sadly for whatever reason this location is quite literally the WORST experience with the chain I've ever had in multiple attempts visiting it and giving it a chance. Whether you come at different times of the day or order unpopular items, won't make much of a difference you're basically gambling whether or not their kitchen is properly rotating selection to be available. Not to mention their pretty bad job at taking on high volume times in the restaurant and drive-through and in restaurant customer service. Calling outside the restaurant gives you some sort of relief maybe something will be address to tackle the issues presented, but alas there's never any consistent result with this location. From missing items to orders placed on delivery, making hour long lines in drive-through for literally no items being available (to include fried rice) to bringing complaint to in-restaurant employees to no help or avail. I'm either the unluckiest person in the world in terms of timing going to this location or there literally is no change. No in between. Sadly I'm done with this Conway location until word of mouth is positive enough to bring me back.
My family use to stop at this location when we traveled through Conway, but after consistently messing up the order in some form every single visit I will not be back. For anyone who gets excited to see a Panda Express off the interstate like we use to, just go eat somewhere else. This place will only disappoint you. I will not be back to this location again. Wayyyyy too many chances for me and always messed up something.
